Trek should reconsider there Green Bay representative. Stadium bike charged $150 bucks for an electric bike tune up and check out and never even removed the front tire which take 10 seconds. Never check the tire rim for straightness and didn't remove the rust on the brake disc. When I pointed the rust out to the woman in charge she didn't even offer to clean up the rust. Unbelievable bad attitude you think you pay extra for a quality product like trek and you get a money first poor workmanship bad attitude dealer. I hope trek reads this. We went Stadium Bike West today despite the negative reviews from previous years. They did a great job of servicing our bike that needed work on both tires. They did the work while we waited! It couldn't have worked out better plus the staff was helpful and nice. Also, they have the coolest new bikes to look at. I bought a new bike there. Was told everything was similar to my old bike and was hurried out the door. Got the bike home and found the tube stems are different and had no way to check tire pressure. On my first ride the seat kept falling down because the nut wasn't tight. My last experience the technician wanted to watch me ride the bike in the parking lot, I look up and he's gone and I am left to struggle to open the door and get my bike back in. We were in the Green Bay area and wanted to rent bikes for a few hours. We contacted the shop and they said they could fix us up with bikes. We spent 45 minutes in the shop trying to figure out a way to get to the Fox River Bike path and to be fitted with bikes. They could not offer a ride to the trail and would not let us rent a bike rack. They showed us a 25 minute trial through a suspect neighborhood instead. The rental bikes did not have good seats and ho holders for water. A bad experience. read more

Stadium Bike east did not do their job. Trek told me I should go there for warranty work and that Stadium Bike would be required to file a warranty claim with Trek. I told the employees I was very concerned about my Trek 920, telling them to pay special attention to the crank. When they were done working on my bike, they stated nothing was wrong with the crank and that the front and rear derailers needed to be adjusted only. The crank failed on my next ride and it could have injured me or in the worst-case scenario killed me. To add insult to injury, my bike was so defective that Trek had to replace it with a new 2020 Trek 920. How stadium bike did not see that the bike was not defective is a mystery to me. After the failure of the crank a Trek rep told me that it was not up to Stadium Bike to not file a claim, they must file a claim when requested by a customer. I also find it very irritating that the Prestea valve 29 inch tubes they sold me had failures in the valves that slowly leaked, even when the cores where tightened. If you enjoy throwing money in a fire go here. Overall I would give this place a zero if I could. read more
