Because I'm not the only customer not happy with this establishment.

Since I will be riding to work sometimes, they had some great suggestions for a rack and helped me find a new helmet, along with making sure it fit correctly. They have huge selection of bikes and the store is organized well so it's easy to see and find what you want. The people are expert and can answer any question's you have. I also love that don't pressure you to buy, no hard sales tactics. Prices are what you would expect for the merchandise they sell, the merchandise is high quality so you get what you pay for, totally with it. They provide great service and also have a bike trade in program. I highly recommend this business.

They carry a wide range of equipment from beginner to expert level, with varying price points. They will readily order items not in stock, such as powder skis. I have purchased 3 sets of skis from them over the past three years and found their pricing very competitive and their service and advice outstanding.
