Food is good but it is Over an hour to deliver food every time we order and we were ordering several times a week, charges a delivery fee when they mess up your order and had to redeliver it? I called and was told it's an automatic delivery fee to deliver anything. But I just don't understand why I'm recharged a delivery fee for there mess up when I've never been charged before. I attempted to ask but felt like I really didn't get an answer besides well it's if you need something delivered we charge it. So ended up paying again for my order to be fixed. And the person who answered the phone after I explained why I was calling said " well what do you want me to do get a manager or something" as you can see from my previous review my orders were consistently arriving wrong, but decided to give the business another try and left disappointed again unfortunately. read more

I don't know what's is up with all the five star ratings. I must be living in an alternate pizza galaxy. The atmosphere of this place wasn't bad, they have a lot of sports flair all over the place. The arcade is terrible and small. The carpet is stained beyond belief and should just be replaced with tile. Pizza is flat and generic looking and tasting. Without exaggerating, I could honestly say I would have preferred to eat a frozen pizza. The staff was nice and polite and was comprised of mostly teenage looking girls. If you're wondering what this place is like, picture a Chuck E Cheese, remove the leadership and corporate training program, add in a bunch of televisions with blasting sporting events, sprinkle in dozens of grown adults in team jerseys drinking pitchers of beer, and you've got Stadium Pizza! The pizza itself is okay, a little better than a chain pizza joint. The real problem with this place is a lack of leadership/management. Expect to wait in line a very long time to place an order or just pick-up a pizza. They only keep one register open, despite how busy it gets and how terribly slow the cashier is (evidence of a lack of proper employee training). This problem is compounded by the fact that many of the customers seem completely confused about how to order a meal. For some reason, it requires lots of discussion with the cashier, consultation with each of their children, and a series of credit cards to pay a $30 tab (if you don't have $30 in your wallet, should you really be out to dinner?). To make matters worse, all these goings-on are constantly interrupted by the kids needing change for the video game machines and wanting to cash in their prize tickets. Behind the counter, you will notice a lot of confusion, as employees try to figure out how to get the job done without the aid of a manager to direct their work. Most of them seem to be trying hard, but with little success. It is unclear whether a manager is on-duty somewhere (maybe in a back office), but it is certainly clear that he or she is not out on the front lines providing leadership. Further evidence of the lack of leadership is made clear when you phone in an order. What a bad ending! Came here after 3 weeks of being away since we moved almost 2 hrs away. It was great... until we got to the counter. "Someone" I guess you can say was in a bad mood. I came here for dinner last night for the first time in over 10 years. And it reminded me why they were always my first choice for pizza when I was younger! I'm a sucker for specialty pizzas that I haven't seen anywhere else before, and when I saw the Kahlua Island pizza I knew it was meant to be. The guy ringing up my order said it was pretty good so I gave it a shot. It is literally my new favorite food!! The onions might have been better grilled instead of raw, but that's just a small personal preference. The peanut sauce isn't thick or overwhelming, and the cilantro on top is perfect. Give it a shot if you're in the mood for something different! Tuesdays are buy one get one pizza free, so we also had a pepperoni and it was everything I expected and more of a classic pizza. They have different specials each night so be sure to check them out! The atmosphere here can get pretty loud on game nights, but know to expect that and you'll be good to go. Came in to pick up a couple of pies we ordered over the phone for a movie night here at home. Let me tell you, the pizza did not disappoint! We got the Hawaiian and a meat lovers type special and my family loved it. Best I've had in years, the quality of the cheese really stood out and well as the toppings. A few bucks more than the usual chain stuff, but absolutely worth it in my opinion. The scenery inside while me and the boy were in there was nothing short of a sports bar/typical American pie shop. OVER PROMISE, UNDER DELIVER and ALWAYS LATE... Great pizza, but horrible online ordering system. The customer service is extremely lacking and/or their staff is not trained to perform their duties correctly. I wanted to give them a fair opportunity to redeem themselves after a terrible experience about one month ago. However, they have proved to me that no matter how good the food is, the service has to be on point. Needless to say, their interactions with their customers lack empathy or sense of urgency when orders are almost two hours late. The excuse has been "whoever ordered it set it as a pick up so the pizza just sat on the counter." Wow, so my $40 order just sat there? What a waste of food, if that statement is true. If I was a manager there, I would find out why orders are "sitting on the counter" for almost an hour after pick up time? If I was the owner I would be pretty annoyed about loss and wasted ingredients as well as the reputation of my business. Our First time ordering from here, I was Craving some type of Pasta!... And figured I will try out my New App GrubHub thinking it would get food to me fast...lol ( Over all I don't care for the app. ) The Food was Great!!! We recently moved to the area and was looking for a good pizza place, statism pizza rocks we ordered a medley of stuff along with pizza; meatballs yum yum, anti pasta salad yum yum, pork rib let's yum yum , garlic bread yum yum nice and flaky, breadsticks were ok the garlic bread is much better, pepperoni and meat meal pizza thin crust very yummy, wings were good but I should of ordered them spicy my bad, the only think that was missing on the menu was a pesto dish. Short review ! 4 stars -goes to the awesome none hassle delivery we had and it came a lot earlier than we thought. Could have been a slower night or the fact that we don't live far. Either way the driver was great! Wish I had more to tip him. Dominos has given us the worst delivery experiences and the rudest drivers! My only complaint is the prices but it's a well known place out here in hemet so they will get business either way! read more

Issue with grubhub, the food and driver were fine. I placed an order at 3:36pm for delivery at 5:40pm. The app said they only needed 50-75mins lead time. I called at 3:50pm to cancel the order and was told it had been too long and they could not cancel. After 14 minutes they could not cancel even though the order would not be started for over an hour. Although I will eat at Stadium again, I will NEVER use grubhub for anything ever again. If it is the only delivery service available, I will either pick up in person or do without. read more

I have been in the San Jacinto Valley for over 20 years and this Pizza establishment has been around awhile, a lot of this home town folks like to go there for a great pizza. Our favorite pizza to order there is the pepperoni with loaded house bacon, it is absolutely amazing and when I say loaded , it is loaded with bacon! If you wanted to stand there and watch them make the pizza you definitely have that option. We like to go there with our family and watch sporting events on TV. I moved out of the area last year but when I roll through town, I definitely want a stadium pizza. They have a small gaming area for the kids and it's at the back of the restaurant so kids can't wander out the front door which is a definite plus for me. I can appreciate people staying on top of the whole covid disaster, but the people working here are VERY rude to you for no good reason. I just came in to pick up 3 over priced pizzas because Marco's pizza was out of sausage, so I thought "Stadium pizza is pretty decent and close to home" this was when masks were recommended, not a law. Anyway I walked in to grab the pizza and two women started yelling at me to put on a mask or leave. Mind you people are eating inside, nobody had a mask on and the recommendation was so new I didnt have one on me. So one of the people rudely shoved a mask in my face, after handling cash and cards up front. I told her I didn't know what was in that mask and definitely didn't want it on my face. I told her to please send my food outside I'd wait on the curb, they agreed. Mind you when I called they said the food would be 15-20 minutes and I arrived at 20 minutes so I could get in and out. So I'm outside waiting, where they told me for another 15 minutes and finally was thinking they either forgot about me or taking their time on purpose because they think I'm a radical customer breaking their rules on purpose, so I called and asked if my food was done which the time me it would be another 10 minutes... so after ten minutes I walked in a asked where my food was, here comes another girl, sweaty and angrily waving a mask in my face to "put this on now" at the same time I saw another employee walking out three pizzas and looking at me letting me know that was my food. I walked to the doorway and grabbed the food and they were still yelling from behind the counter. I finally got fed up and asked the lady "do you guys want business or not?!" She stopped yelling and looked like she thought about it. Anyway the pizza was great, love the food but obviously in not going back for the simple fact that I was embarrassed by them for no good reason. In these times I get that they are stressed and in a hot kitchen, but to basically yell someone down after they paid your establishment 60$ that I don't really have, is ridiculous to say the least. I hope someone learned a lesson that day besides me. read more

1 star because they cannot communicate properly, I called in an order, was told 40-60 minutes. Show up to pick up my food and am told another 60-90 minutes. Then they try to give every excuse possible as to why they did not complete my order. If your oven broke, tell me on the phone I'm expecting a 2Hr wait time. All they could do is apologize for wasting my time. I spoke with Shannon and the cook for the night was Danielle. It's very simple to communicate, and if they cannot do so properly they need to have a role away from customer service. It's not out of your control to call the people who already had their orders placed and give them the option to wait or not. If you can call to make sure their still picking up their order I don't see why you can't call to let them know about the inconvenience? read more

So I have to say that JR (delivery guy) needs a raise. Called for delivery and after (holding on) for a minute or two while listening to the chaos in the background, the girl on the phone didn't have a clue. Could tell she was either new or didn't know how to put into computer. Had to tell her the order a few times before her reading it back to me wrong. Once we got it right and I confirmed the toppings I wanted we were fine. They said 45 min to an hour. 17 minutes later my pizza was at the door.(super surprisingly) we only live 4 miles away but still, impressive. I paid in cash, I get pizza inside and it was missing pepperoni! Now considering we ordered pepperoni and pineapple this is kind of a big mess up. So I ran out to the delivery guy (JR), told him the issue and he was super nice and helpful and double checked the receipt and confirmed it was supposed to have pepperoni on it. So without hesitation he took the pizza and told us he would be right back with the correct one and how sorry he was. He was very apologetic (after I assured him it wasn't his fault) but he didn't make any excuses about it. For a young guy that was impressive too. THEN within 15 minutes he was back with a new pizza, fresh ranch (which we didn't order but asked if he could grab some) a free 2 litter soda AND the original pizza!! All I regret is not tipping that kid more, I gave him all the cash I had the first time he came. My family loves stadium pizza! Their BBQ chicken pizza is the best one we have tried so far. The prices are reasonable, mostly since we usually go on Tuesdays when they offer their buy one get one free special. Their service is awesome and I'm never disappointed with our order. Was SO disappointed in the delivery order we placed yesterday!! We normally order the MVP pizza which has always been excellent. Yesterday we ordered sub-sandwiches for the first time..the meatball and italian ones, expecting them to be on par with their pizza. They were terrible!!The meatballs were hard, dry and tasteless with hardly any marinara sauce and the white roll was stale. The italian sub was primarily bologne way too thickly sliced and the other meats were too skimpy. Again, the white roll was stale and dry. After a few bites, we threw the sandwiches out..even our dog didnt eat the meats! So very disappointed! read more
