This plate was good. The salmon cooked to perfection with a yummy creamy sauce on top. The noodles lacked some flavor and sauce I had to ask for extra sauce on the side (which they charge more for) it was good I would rate it a 7.5 Also don't expect quick service, food and servers take their time.

Awesome service. Environment was bright and welcoming. Food was amazing but true to ratings from other reviews, very small. Perfect for one setting just a little too little. Lucious Mona Lisa cream mushroom prosciutto sauce. Bread was awesome. Overall a great experience

Have been craving a vegetarian lasagna for a while and was recommended by another Italian food restaurant in the area to go to Dattilo. I checked and their menus on yelp or outdated. A vegetarian lasagna was about 20.00. Service was great. The price would have been worth it if the quality of food was there. I was gravely disappointed in the bread because for me a good bread to go with spaghetti or lasagna is important. The lasagna was also disappointing. The lasagna was not made of lasagna pasta but of strings of pasta. Looked my fettuccine pasta. The spinach did not taste fresh in the lasagna and the sauce left much to desire. I would. It return for the lasagna. The ambiance is very nice. The place has some beautiful art on the walls and ceilings. The workers were very nice and respectful.

I'm giving this five stars for taste, service and overall experience. I'm new to hemet from San Diego and have been craving Italian food. Low and behold I listened to yelp and made my way here. I loved the old school Italian vibe from the moment I walked in and the friendliness of the staff. The salad dressings were all homemade and delicious. Nothing lacked flavor! The pastas were fresh and tasty and the pizza was perfect!

Tonight I had a wonderful dinner with my father, uncle and my wife. Sarah was our amazing server and so sweet and helpful. AJ assisted and the service was terrific. We started with Italian margaritas and beer with bruschetta and sautéed mushrooms. For our entrees my wife had the shrimp entree with vegetables and lentil soup. My father, uncle and I had pasta, two of us had salad with Papa having the soup. Everything was terrific. For dessert we had spumoni cake and ice cream with some fresh brewed coffee. The musician at the piano was wonderful and added a special touch to the evening. Highly recommended

Really cute, kitschy Italian restaurant. I got the ravioli. The sauce was delicious. The staff was incredibly sweet. We showed up about an hour to closing. They didn't rush us out. They were instead welcoming

I've been to Dattilo's twice so far because of the rave reviews I've heard from Yelp and from others. I won't lie, my first time trying their food, we did takeout and were not impressed. I ordered a spaghetti carbonara to go with some shrimp, and the dish was very oily and the ratios a bit off. I had some friends recommend us to eat here after a few months, and I decided to give it another shot. Wow, am I happy that we did. It must have been an off day when we had ordered because the quality of the food was far better this time around! My friend ordered a pizza and it had a good ratio of ingredients for a delicious, melt-in-your-mouth bite. I ordered the chicken Jerusalem and was very happy with how hearty the sauce felt, meshing with the mushroom and sautéed chicken. I also got a small bite of my friend's ravioli, and the sauce is to die for! Our server was extremely attentive and kind. She made sure we got everything we needed and got us a nice, long table for our large party. I'm so happy that I gave it another chance because I know I'll be coming back again another time for another shot at the ravioli myself!

Food: 5 Service: 5…read moreAmbiance: 5 Hidden gem alert! Tucked into an unassuming strip mall, you would never guess such a sexy, sophisticated spot is sitting right in the middle of it all. From the moment we walked into Fugghedabout, we were stunned. The space is dark, sultry, lightly dimmed, and incredibly chic, something you'd never expect here. It has a very grown up, intimate vibe (21+ only), perfect for date night or a night out with friends. We were lucky enough to visit on a night with live music (they have it Tuesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays), and it completely set the mood. Even though it wasn't very busy, the energy was wonderful and the music was excellent. Service was top notch. Meghan was fantastic, friendly, attentive, accommodating, and so helpful throughout the meal. Faith, the owner, also stopped by several times to check on us, which earned major points. Such a sweet touch and much appreciated. Now the food... wow. We started with the seared scallop special topped with caviar, and it was outstanding, perfectly cooked, with the caviar adding just the right touch of saltiness. Honestly, we wanted to order more. The hot goat cheese with hot honey appetizer was delicious and so comforting. Definitely get extra bread, you'll want it. Since it was Taco Tuesday, we tried the taco trio with chicken, steak, and shrimp. The steak and shrimp were standouts. The chicken was slightly dry, but overall we really enjoyed them. And the biggest surprise of the night was the shrimp and sausage skillet. Absolutely incredible. So flavorful and rich, and again we needed more bread to soak up every bit of that delicious sauce. We also ordered the crème brûlée for dessert, which was good. The sugar topping was slightly thick, and I'll admit I'm a bit of a dessert snob, so while we enjoyed it, the meal itself was really the shining star of the night. I'm already dreaming about my next visit. I was genuinely impressed by everything, service, ambiance, food, and live music. This place is a whole vibe. Five stars all the way. Highly recommend for anyone looking for amazing food in a sultry, intimate setting. I've already recommended it to several friends. Thank you Meghan and Faith for such a great night. We'll definitely be back!

Imagine an elegant Wine Bar with dim lighting, an Old Skool atmosphere, and a wine list and menu of entrees and appetizers that will challenge any palate, compliments of Chef Orquedea. It was our first visit, arriving just as they opened, and having the whole romantic, classy speakeasy all to ourselves, our server Megan, made us feel right at home. Ensuring we received a little history about the establishment, the day's specials, and what some of their customers' favorites. To begin the experience, we received complimentary glasses of sparkling wine in celebration of their one-year anniversary, which was a nice touch. After a brief moment, we settled on sausage and three-cheese skillet appetizers with a house baguette. The two dishes arrived piping hot, gooey, and enticing! Amazingly delicious to say the least! Kudos to their place settings, glassware, and cloth napkins. Our selected wine was excellent as well, and the selection is very worldly and admirable. THIS is my favorite date place in the area!!! Chill, fashionable, comfortable seating, gorgeous bar, soft music in the background allowing for conversation, and the restroom provides a pleasant surprise as well. Hours of operation hover around Happy Hour and dinner, closing at 9 PM on weekdays and 10 pm on Friday and Saturday. Looking forward to enjoying their live entertainment and themed events in the future, at which time I will follow up on this review. Thank you, Faith, Megan & Orquedea for a wonderful time.--

Tucked away off the main road, this place feels quiet, intimate, and incredibly charming, with dark walls, candlelight, and wine bottles lining the walls. We arrived right when they opened at 3 PM on a Saturday. The hostess was sweet and quickly showed us to our table. As soon as we walked in, I noticed the paintings on the walls--they were beautiful and really added to the atmosphere. If you want to learn some history behind the restaurant ask Tiffany for the story behind the paintings :) We started with a couple of drinks, and they were delicious. I ordered a Bloody Maria (basically a Bloody Mary made with tequila), and it was really good. For an appetizer, we got the Grilled Corn Ribs, and wow--they were so tasty. We couldn't stop talking about how good they were. For our entrées, we ordered the Double Stacked Cheeseburger and the Cavatelli pasta. I really enjoyed the pasta. The flavor was delicious, and while the noodles were a bit thicker than I expected, it was still a great dish. My partner wasn't the biggest fan of the burger because of the Southwestern pimento cheese, but the fries were excellent! I tried the burger myself and honestly thought it was still pretty good. It was also my partners birthday so they brought a cute little dessert! Overall, we had a great experience. Our waiter, Jose, was friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service. We'd definitely come back and try more items on the menu.

A $25 cake-cutting fee shouldn't have overshadowed our son's birthday, but the way it was handled…read moredid. We've been coming here for years. It has been our go-to steakhouse, and we've even celebrated our anniversary here. We love the food, which makes what happened during our son's birthday dinner especially disappointing. After an excellent steak dinner that cost approximately $330, we brought out a small, pre-sliced ice cream Polar Pizza for our son's birthday. I began serving it myself because it was already sliced. The waitress then came over and, in a confrontational manner, announced that we would be charged a $25 cake-cutting fee. The fee may have previously been mentioned to my wife, but I was not aware of it when I began serving the cake. I understand that restaurants have policies, and a calm explanation would have been enough. Instead, the situation was turned into an unnecessary scene during our son's birthday celebration. Then another large male employee came over, stepped directly into my personal space, and angrily asked, "Would you bring beer into a bar?" He got right in my face without first asking what had happened or allowing me to explain. His tone and decision to get that close were aggressive, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. We ultimately paid the $25 fee even though the staff did not cut, plate, or serve the cake. The fee was frustrating, but the confrontational way the employees handled the situation was far worse. Families considering celebrating a child's birthday here should confirm every outside dessert policy beforehand. In our case, what should have been a joyful moment for our son became an upsetting experience. It did not leave us feeling as though families celebrating with children were welcomed or valued. A simple and respectful conversation could have resolved everything in seconds. Instead, their response changed the entire mood and ruined what should have been a special ending to our son's birthday dinner. The food may still be excellent, but a restaurant is remembered for more than its steaks. After years of loyalty, the aggressive and disrespectful way this was handled during our son's birthday has cost them our business. We will not be returning.

Applebee's regulars be prepared for a new experience that might shock you if you can take the leap. The lovely plated dishes coming out of that kitchen were top-notch architectural masterpieces. I will have to return soon, but I'm vegetarian so I might have some limitation, but we'll see. Maybe they'll whip something up? The interior is trying to be real hip and it sort of works in a positive way but a little bit of that modern gauche. You know, kind of like Z gallery meets mid-century with a slight Lichtenstein tribute with a cartoonish flavour. It does work though, and carries to the exterior or the exterior carries to the interior? With the limitations of a strip mall it's a little bit hard to put lipstick on a pig. But they've executed it well and it's inviting and a departure from the norm. I'm excited to get there soon.
