My wife is pregnant and we ordered a delivery this evening (thursday) because she was craving a antipasto salad and order of breaksticks. Figured it would be an easy order as it shouldnt have much cooking required. Was told the delivery would be 25 minutes... an hour and a half go by. We call and they say it just left 30 seconds ago.... another hour goes by and the delivery guy gets to the door. We pay, and still give him a small tip considering the 2 1/2 hour wait when we were told 30 minutes. We get ready to eat, the breadsticks are cold. Now i have to deal with an angry, hungry wife.... not cool stadium pizza. NOT COOL. Order anything else, even pizza hut being SUPER SLOW would have been faster. read more

Pizza is good. Service is poor. Manager is abrasive. I ordered a pizza by phone and was told it would be ready in 40 to 45 minutes. I arrived 40 minutes later to pick up the pizza and they hadn't started. The place was crowded and I sat and waited with five other customers who were waiting to pickup pizzas. I complained to the cashier. A manager came out later to defend her staff and offered no apologies. Avoid this pizza parlor especially on Tuesdays. There are better options. read more

Called in my order, went to pick it up and got there a few minutes early, paid and hung out at the counter waiting for my pizza. This gave me some time to watch how they made the pizza and what goes on behind the scene. The first thing I saw was a little girl about the age of three playing in the area where they made up the pizza, she was cute, especially when she sneezed while standing behind the girl who was rolling the dough. I noticed there were several pizza's already made up with the sauce on them stacked up on metal racks on the wall over the work station. Because they were not covered, flies were landing on top of the pizza's. I could imagine all kinds of insects could be eating off them too. Not to mention any other thing that's floating around. I asked the cashier why they had pizza's on the wall shelf without being covered? he said they make them ahead of time in case they get busy. I told him flies were landing on them. That's when he gets an attitude and tells me that I should invent something to protect the pizza's. I said they already do have something, it's called a cabinet with doors. Before my pizza was ready I had gone into the arcade room to check things out and found that all the machines had greasy hand and finger prints on them, they were dirty and outdated. I want to start with I've been to Stadium Pizza many many times. I've grown up in the valley and played sports at the Rec center near by and now coach. I actually love their pizzas and specials. But their service is horrible. I understand theyre probably not equipped to handle a big rush. The place is way too small for the amount of people that go there. There's usually no place to sit and a long wait. We went there for a team party that our team won from the Rec center. Unfortunately, once we got there we realized we lost the coupon. My dad paid out of pocket for the whole team. My father being the coach and elderly, I went up to the counter to ask the " supervisor" how to get reimbursed. I got nothing but attitude from her. All she did was roll her eyes and said she didn't even know why I was talking to her. I couldn't even get a sentence out. She continued to say " this is how I make my money". My intent wasn't to get free service but just to understand who we should contact for reimbursement. If a business does not want to be part of a community partner like VALLEYWIDE, then don't. There's so many pizza places around town, I'll gladly drive further for a more friendly experience. read more

I am a huge fan, been to this place several times and they have some great pizza. The issue that I have is that there are flies all over the place, they need those blowers as you enter to keep the flies out, (one for the back employee enterance as well). I also was there as they were about to close and I had some beer left so, jokingly I asked for a cup to go so I could take my beer to go because I knew that they were closing. Remember, I was joking and it is ILLEGAL to take alcoholic beverages to go!!! I still received a paper cup to take my beer on the road???? Well, now it's been an hour since they "left" and I live 10 minutes from the place. extremely disappointed... never rely on their delivery. Been going to Stadium for years, The Pizza is usually excellent and I like the lively atmosphere especially during any type of sporting event. I like that I can watch several games at ones on one of their many big screen TV's. I also like the Tuesday deal that they have where you buy a pizza and get one of equal or lesser value for free, 2 for the price of one is great. I usually only go on Tuesdays otherwise it can get a little pricey especially if I go frequently. I would like to see them have a Military Discount, but I don't see that happening. Don't come here if you want good customer service. The sad thing is I like the pizza. I called Saturday and talked to the cashier about the lunch specials and ordered two mini pizza lunch specials, and 10 wings. I came in paid and went to sit down and wait for my order. I realized I didn't get my soda's that come with the lunch special, and went to get them. A young lady gave me two cups, and then I got a look from another employee, I stated I ordered the lunch special, and I thought it came with drinks. She said it ended at 4:00. It was five after four, they took my drink cups back. ARE YOU KIDDING ME. They had five employee's looking at me like duh, I would have thought one was a manager, and would have just said don't worry about it. I guess they don't have a manager on duty. I asked the young lady, "we talked about the lunch special when I ordered, you should of mentioned to me it was over" I got "sorry" as they took my drink cups back. Either the owner has them running scared and they can't make a decission on their own, or they just have to much business right now they don't care. Lets see how they treat people when business is slow, and they want us back. I can't say I will never come back as we do like the pizza, but I will now at least look for another location. That's what's scarry. I might find a better pizza, and not have to drive as far. I drive from the other side of town to eat here. I give them two stars for their food.
