I said okay and kept it till I figured out what it was on. After figuring it out I asked the cashier can I return this, this was the form of payment. She says yes very simple. The item was $10 she handed me $1 I said I paid $10 for this item?? She said oh sorry its on sale noww so I have to ask someone to help me. I waited while 2 ladies went back n forth yelling across the store and just kept telling me to wait. Finally she tells me yeah sorry its our policy we cant take back a return so I said thats fine, it is what it is but I only returned it believing I would get full price or else I would have just kept the item and sold it for more than $1. As I'm walking out she says "I really dont care you can take it and the $1" as if the $$ was the issue??? The issue was I would have kept it if I would only get $1 back. Then you go back n forth with all these people and have me wait with my toddler son and act frustrated when I seem impatient. She really could have easily said sorry its too late I can't do anything about it and I would have taken the loss. The communication and attitude is the problem, to me and to her teammates.

If you're planning to put product at that price range, I suggest do your research more carefully by looking at recent sales on TCGPlayer or EBay. NOT putting at a price that you really want. $50? Fast forward to Jan 2025, I decided to request a refund because it seemed like there was no end in sight in regards to ever receiving my pre-order. Store kept saying they expect shipment but provided no visibility and I only got this information after I reached out 5+ months later (they never send updates). On January 2025, the store said they put me in a queue for refunds and that a "handful" of people were in front of me. After waiting for about a month, I reached out again on Feb 2025 and only after multiple emails did they respond back saying they haven't reached me in the queue (no visibility on where I stand in the queue or how long it will take). Fast forward to March and April, they just flat out ignore all my emails sent in March and have yet to get back to me. The lack of response and long time it is taking to get a refund leads me to believe the following: 1. Intentionally ignoring me (if they aren't, they do a terrible job of communicating) 2. My pre-order money was spent elsewhere which is why they can't refund me right away. 3. They are possibly leading me on with false promise of refund by have no intentions of doing so. TLDR: Store has scammed me out of a couple thousand dollars as of this post. Would not recommend purchasing anything from here because of bad customer service and lack of communication. I have reported to BBB and FTC to get my money back from these people. Also reported to State Attorney General Consumer Affairs as well. Recommend that other people who are in this situation do as well.

The girl did not know what she was doing. She was not trained however she did put the arrangement together nicely where she messed up is she cut the strings way too short because it matched up with the shortest string is what she told me, but these strings were so short. It looked ridiculous. Then they tell me I have to pay for a weight because they ran out of clips. I said I'm not doing that because I'm not paying for a weight. You're gonna have to find something that's equivalent. The manager came over. They found a clip put the clip on there. I said thank you and left. I didn't get a you're welcome a nod a hand wave nothing I was not rude or disrespectful. I simply said you're gonna have to do something that replaces the clip because giving it to me with just a string is not OK. Customer service has to be better. Don't take a personal understand. You have to do your job. I gave it to you because the arrangement she did was nice and for my understanding, she didn't know how to do an arrangement but her customer service skills, including the manager is not up to par.
