I only went to this store for their card show once but why put $50 and scalp a Gundam ST05 starter deck? Gundam or Bandai TCG players, NEVER SIGN UP/PARTICIPATE at this store. The owner is rude to my friend via DMs, doesn't know how to price Bandai TCG product and MOSTLY is just hungry for the money. That's very unprofessional, petty-like, and you're really making it hard to get product if you're going to scalp a single flipping deck. That's not how business works. If you're planning to put product at that price range, I suggest do your research more carefully by looking at recent sales on TCGPlayer or EBay. NOT putting at a price that you really want. $50? In my original post, I was waiting for my OP-05 pre-order (2 cases) and had trusted them since they did me solid for OP-04. Fast forward to Jan 2025, I decided to request a refund because it seemed like there was no end in sight in regards to ever receiving my pre-order. Store kept saying they expect shipment but provided no visibility and I only got this information after I reached out 5+ months later (they never send updates). On January 2025, the store said they put me in a queue for refunds and that a "handful" of people were in front of me. After waiting for about a month, I reached out again on Feb 2025 and only after multiple emails did they respond back saying they haven't reached me in the queue (no visibility on where I stand in the queue or how long it will take). Fast forward to March and April, they just flat out ignore all my emails sent in March and have yet to get back to me. The lack of response and long time it is taking to get a refund leads me to believe the following: 1. Intentionally ignoring me (if they aren't, they do a terrible job of communicating) 2. My pre-order money was spent elsewhere which is why they can't refund me right away. 3. They are possibly leading me on with false promise of refund by have no intentions of doing so. TLDR: Store has scammed me out of a couple thousand dollars as of this post. Would not recommend purchasing anything from here because of bad customer service and lack of communication. I have reported to BBB and FTC to get my money back from these people. Also reported to State Attorney General Consumer Affairs as well. First of all this is not a real store. There is NO STORE FRONT as they rented a corner inside an actual MUSIC HOBBY STORE. There is NOTHING but 3 empty folded tables, an empty display case, and a $30 banner that has their name. I got sent here to secret shop after numerous of complaints online and to our distribution about how they scammed ppl out of pre-orders for a popular One Piece TCG game. Surprise buddy! Bandai and distribution got the full analysis and report of you. You see all the negative reviews came about a month ago from buyers he screwed over. Then all the positive reviews came around the same time as he probably had his friends put up fake reviews. I reached out via IG to inquire bout buying 4 OP-06 boxes. He said he has some a few days before release of actual product. I agreed but he wanted to charge 200% off MSRP. We agreed on price and date for pick up. Turns out, the product he was selling were PRE-RELEASES booster boxes that were meant for tournament prizes. So that meant he never hosted a tournament and kept the boxes for resale on secondary market. Lastly I asked to buy a DP-03 display and he said he only had one that just came in for someone who pre-ordered but he was willing to sell it to me for 200% MSRP if I wanted. I declined. This shows that the complaints are true of how he would take pre-sold products and sell to highest buyer regardless or preorder list. They would take preorders of hundreds and thousands dollars, use that money to pay their distro, receive product but not get it into the hands of those who pre-ordered but instead they sell those products on the secondary market for 2-3x the value. If ppl who pre-ordered complained, they refunded them back the amount and told them if they want, they can pay market price for it because the shop as to make money too. This became an interest free loan for them and all their inventory they received is stored at their house, NOT at the store. I normally don't leave reviews for an assignment bc half the time it's just bad customer service but this business is a fraud and a fake front for a scalper to get products at distribution prices with no intention on selling anything at MSRP. read more

Pre-ordered a case of OP06 from them and only received 2 of the 12 boxes. Reached out via email to get a refund for the remainder. Was told that there was a queue for refunds. Continued to follow up on the refund to which I was continually told that my refund was still in queue. They have stopped replying to my emails as of Feb 2025. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt due to the stock issues but seems that they have scammed me and many others. I strongly recommend against purchasing anything from or supporting this business in any way. read more

Terrible. Went on their site to make an order, but wanted to confirm with them if they were real because of a lot of negative reviews. So, I called them. No answer. Left a message. No call back. Emailed them. No reply. Texted their #, since that's what their voicemail said, "Text line available 24 hours". No one ever got back to me. Yelp says hours are one thing, Google says another, and their site before it got taken down said something else. How am I supposed to buy from your store if I never know when it's open. How can I confirm you aren't scammers if you never reply? I wanted to give this card shop the benefit of the doubt and say their whole One Piece pre-order situation was just a one off. They tried to recharge One Piece Players who pre-ordered (and paid) for product they promised and didn't deliver on. One Piece has notoriously been a hard to stock game and from what they've shown they only card about profits. Can't support an LGS that throws players under the bus for a few extra dollars. Withdrawing my support from here, with my 5 other buddies that wanted to check this place out. Reading the pictures available in the review photos was so terrible. Customers can be wrong, but you don't lower yourself as a business with snark comments. That 10 people just turned into a lot more it seems. Bandai always under delivers product for OP, it was your fault for over promising. Issuing refunds is damage control, but why boast about " i'll just sell a case for 4k in a couple of moths " ??? read more

I have been a customer with them since October 2023. They are one of the only shops around that sell boxes at MSRP value until other customers have been taking advantage of their kindness. They are active in their communication when it comes to email and are very professional. And in general, they have great sales and I have bought several one piece sleeves from them in great condition for gifts and for my own usage. I don't recommend anyone spend their money here honestly. I wanted to like this place but I had two separate experiences that just killed it for me. Both times I went in to buy something and ask questions I felt a bit irritated and uncomfortable as the employee's attitude towards me was slightly rude and dismissive, and made me feel like I wasn't wanted there. I had recently found out from multiple people that this business has a history of not giving people products, they ordered and paid for weeks in advance of making their purchases. This last time I pre-ordered 4 boxes of set 5 One Piece in May and barely heard anything about it in January. While under the roof of an actual store front now and not in a music center the dealings of the store have been in question. multiple events were ran not to the style of the events they should have been and many pre orders have been abandoned by the store and sold to who ever will pay the higher price. The store management is what is ultimately the worst i have ever seen. Events starting way later then supposed to. Merging events together with out any notification. The store runs solely on Instagram and lacks the communication skill it needs for the local community. They don't run the standard weekly events and only do the release events. The experiences I've had with this business have been really disappointing compared to when I first started supporting them. If you asked me about my experiences with World Champion Cards a couple years ago I would have very positive things to say. I placed an order for a case of the upcoming One Piece TCG set back in 06/2023 that was scheduled to release 12/2023. The store didn't received their order on the day of release since the product was in high demand and we were told that we would have to wait till the second wave of shipments later that month or early next month. We once were told they got their second wave of shipment but were waiting on the third wave that way they can send out everything at once and that the third wave was delayed due to storms early this year and should arrive within a week. The months came and went with very minimal updates unless we reached out to them, and if we did get an update it was always along the lines of the distributor hasn't been able to confirm anything. They eventually sent out an email at the beginning of 03/2024 saying that everyone who had ordered this product will receive a refund without having to pay their restocking fees, which in itself was kind of redundant since they mentioned they didn't have the product at hand just yet. In that email we were told that it would take up to 10 business days for the refunds to process and show up in our bank accounts. Around the time of the 10th business day they sent out a following email saying that the emails will take longer to process and will now take up till May to process completely. Within this situation alone there were multiple times where things were said but never delivered on or went back on their word. Today, 5/24/2024, after filing a charge back dispute a couple months back I finally got the confirmation that my refund had been processed. The business started receiving a lot of negative reviews because of poor business practices as shown above and so the owner decided to take on to social media and critique each individual negative comment and explain how it was a false claim, the reviewer was wrong, and also advised any of his local/loyal customers to leave positive reviews that way his stores rating online doesn't go down. During a prerelease event for one of the more recent One Piece sets many people had ordered the product and they were told that they won't be able to ship product out until the second wave (same situation as the first), but somehow they were able to sell boxes of the new set at that event at a higher price than what they were sold to the people who preordered months ahead. There was an incident where they told a customer that if they get product that was preordered but someone else wants to pay a higher amount that they will sell it for a higher price instead of fulfilling the order. He has also canceled events because he would rather open the product he received for such events. The store also blamed a community of players for him not being able to host events because of all the inquiries people kept asking about their backlogged orders which at that point made it hard to feel welcomed to purchase or attend any events that shop would host. Some people have been having positive experiences with them and that's great, I'm speaking as someone who was supporting this location for about 2 years now and had been burned by them and have been caught looking like a fool because i recommended them to so many people that have had nothing with bad experiences as well. If you wonder how much of my statements have been true then you're welcome to try looking them up and find plenty of posts online about peoples negative experiences that have mirrored mine as well. I wish anyone who shops with them the best of luck and I also warn them that their money may be held onto for any preorders and if they would want to cancel they will need to pay a fee to do so. read more

This store has led me on for months on my One Piece pre order, and now after all that waiting they've decided themselves to cancel and refund the orders even though they've told me that they have the product in store. They won't honor pre orders if the set gets bought out and gets sold online for 3x MSRP. Don't give this place any of your business. read more
