Save your money and go somewhere else. Ever since this place went self-service it's been a total joke. Took my pickup through the wash and the entire back end came out barely wet, what am I even paying for?! And then there's the vacuum situation. Anyone can just drive up and use them without paying a dime. Meanwhile you're standing there waiting for a vacuum you actually paid for while someone who paid for nothing just helps themselves. The staff doesn't do anything about it and yeah, it's not really their job, but then whose is it? Put the payment kiosk in front of the vacuums NOT after, get a camera, get something. read more

This was the worst car wash I've ever gone to, they didn't deserve the 20% $4.00 tip I gave them for the $20.00 Grand Slam! [top cleaning choice offered]. There's still Bird Shit on the back window, spot on the windshield, 2 guys with towels and no effort [0] to wipe the car clean, dirty door frames nothing wiped on the inside, they spent less than a minute wiping off the car in total , I stood outside the car handed him a 20% tip expecting them to take care of the car and they stopped as soon as I handed them the cash, they told me, I get to vacuum the car for free by myself. Got my car washed here today, came out and both of the car roof rubber strips on my car had been blown off. A worker had to locate them inside the wash itself and I attempted to reinstall them myself. The clips that connect these to my car appear damaged as a result of them coming off the car. The owner came out, didn't help or offer assistance, and just said they must be old pieces and the blower blew them off. He then went inside never to be seen again. I've been to a bunch of different car washes and I've never had these pieces come off my car before. Don't go here if you value your car. They clearly don't care. There are a couple other car washes less than 1/2 a mile from this location and for a couple dollars more, you'll get much more adequate care from other businesses. read more

I like to get my truck washed by hand so it doesn't have all the swirl marks left by the machine. They did an absolutely fabulous job while the nice man inside was very friendly toward my two-year. On my way out, I accidentally left my pocketbook and my sons little truck toy, the man ran out quickly to return them to me. (I'm pregnant with a 2 1/2 year-old so my brain is a little forgetful) Very grateful for all the help! We will be back! read more

I usually go here because it is the most convenient car wash near my home. However they do take forever, even for just an exterior wash, because they are almost always busy. And their prices seem a bit high. But again, its the only place around here so I still go often lol. The staff always seems nice, never had any issues. And my car does always look good afterwards. read more

If I could give no stars I would! I was there yesterday and paid the extra $$ for the "VIP" wash and it was awful! When I got back in my car they didn't clean anything. My touch screen still had finger prints all over it. The drink holder hadn't been vacuumed out! What did I pay $25 for?!? The girl at the register was on her cell phone talking about how she doesn't make enough money to take her kid out for a day?!? There are like 4 people waiting to pay and she's just taking her time on her personal call! There is no management around to complain to. The only reason this place will stay in business is because it's the only one around! I will go out of my way to get a much better car wash at a much better price!! The worst!!!! read more

place is filthy. you have a car wash with a staff that cleans, that is their job, to CLEAN. how about cleaning your establishment. maybe the windows so you can see into the tunnel and watch your car go through the car wash. there is about 3 years of soap scum on them and no one seems to care. clean up! better off driving to Westhampton and going to beach hand wash, 5 stars to them. zero stars to this place. read more

Went there yesterday and got the VIP.my car came out with the taillight assembly broken. I said something and it looked like they popped it back on.. please note to be fair there is another assembly on the rear of my car that broke from my son hitting it with a wiffle ball bat. So I said " I know the one lens cover was broke but that was fine" I left without checking as they assured me it was fixed.. no big deal things happen. I am driving home and the assembly flys off the car and into the road. It was clear that something had hit it while there and smashed it or they hit it with another car cause other damage is leading to that. I call them and immediately get berated by the owner Ray who tells me to call my lawyer and take him to small claim. I took the broken piece that I picked up off the road and brought it back there and was confronted by the owner who wouldn't even listen to me and almost seemed like he wanted to fight and told me I was trying to rip him off. The assembly piece only cost me $50 from the junk yard.. car wash cost me $55... not trying to scam anyone. Work on that customer service before someone gets a restraining order against you. My mother and I went and sat waiting for our cars for what felt like forever. Car was cleaned great however when I got home and opened my trunk it hadn't even been vacuumed. I called to tell them they told me they don't do trunks because of customers complaining of things being missing. I then said well I saw my trunk opened and the window is perfectly cleaned so then I was told to come back and they will vacuum it. I explained I have two little kids and live 15 minutes away they said "well what would you like me to do?" I said as a courtesy I should get a free wash being that you didn't fulfill your obligation. The "manager" was rude impolite and continued to argue and talk over me saying he's absolutely not giving me a wash just because his worker forgot to vacuum my trunk. I then decided I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS CAR WASH AGAIN. Common politeness and courtesy is expected from a small business and in actuality what would they have lost by giving me a free wash NOTHING but now they have lost service from all 4 cars from my household and service from any other friends or family in the surrounding area! read more
