He worked around my very busy work schedule to fit my car in. I told him I was selling my car and they truly went above and beyond, they even cleaned my engine. I had a tiny rust mark right outside of my wheel well that has been bothering me for a few months now (my car is a 2013) and they not only got the rust stain off, he touched up the point it originated. I had several scuffs and marks on my front bumper and it's like they just replaced it. I'm truly shocked as to how amazing the exterior looks (especially because I drove across the country three times). My favorite part though, out of everything they did is my headlights. They look incredible and it made me drive home tonight so much better. I didn't realize how bad they had actually become until they fixed them! Additionally, to make things more difficult for them- My golden retriever recently turned 1 year old (so she went through her puppy and summer shedding phases) and it honestly looks like she never stepped foot in my car. Their prices truly do not reflect their customer service skills, extreme professionalism, or the effort they put into detailing. I was reluctant to spend that much initially because I'm selling my car, but I would have spent far more had I known it would shave off actual YEARS of use like it did. I will never go anywhere else to get my car detailed and I can't wait to go back with my new car in a few months!

I called a few other detailing shops before deciding on Magic Auto.  I was first interested because…read moretheir pricing was very fair.  I had spoken to a few other places who were asking way too much and touted their skills and experience but I soon realized they were going to put my car through the same process as every other car.  After speaking with Ethan and John I was able to see they are students of the craft and are open to learning about new products, and took the time to understand my concerns.  Since my car is older we wanted to make it shine while removing as little clearcoat as possible.   The headlights were also yellowing, so I asked them to use a specific process to properly restore them and prolong this from happening again.  I also had my own products I asked them to use, which we discussed and came to an agreement on how to proceed.  I am a very demanding customer, and I like to understand many details of how I am spending my hard earned cash to which John & Ethan were very accommodating.  Overall the car came out great, and I love driving it even more.  I plan to bring my other Mercedes along with my wifes Honda Pilot to get the paint polished and protected for the winter.  These guys treat your car as if their own and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Some of the glass wasn't cleaned and still had my dog's nose art all over it. Seats were vacuumed but not wiped (dried applesauce on door panel and headrest) I ended up wiping the inside down with armor all wipes the next day. This car was cleaned for 2 hours. Our other car was vacuumed, and the dash was dusted and wiped. Cup holders and seats were still a bit dirty. Nate did mention that the carpet had a few deep stains that needed an extractor. This car was cleaned for 1 hour. Wish a little more time was spent on this one.

He had been dropped off. The guy came back to pick Nicholas up! I asked how he cleaned the car. He showed me a water bottle. OF which was from my trunk he was using those bottles. Well now they look new.. like glass !!! I'll be able to see better at night. It was becoming an issue for sure, and that's why I was definitely going to just replace . But Danny fixed that.. MY HEADLIGHTS LOOK NEW!! Oh happy day!! Im really glad I finally went today. My interior is awesome now. The 22 year old carpet looks as if it's NEW. I feel like I'm in a different car. They did a really good job. Exterior looks great - like 10 years or more newer. INTERIOR - WOW!!! So impressed! Who's car is this!! This was worth the drive! I got in my car to leave and when I sat down, it was like I was in a different car. A much newer and cleaner car. The shifter is so clean and different looking. Like a nice leather or rubber material.. in like a really good way. It makes you think, my god, how dirty was it. Then it's almost embarrassing... but then I became happy again because I just love what Danny did to my car. I honestly had no idea this car had such nice carpeting until this detailing. They tinted the windows and will be applying ppf when the paint is cured. So I look for a few things with people I work with...love of the job. Yup they got that and professionalism- Yup- honest!! yes I said that.. They went above and beyond- made excellent recommendations AND were much cheaper than the other tint person I used with a MUCH better result. when you love what you do.. you can make great suggestions- I go to car shows, love the life and appreciate having a second opinion I can trust. I have my tuner, my paint guy and happy to say.. my team is finished with Next Level- Getting the ppf and well... maybe I finally maybe a new stereo system. They are the ONLY people I would trust with that. I did not realize until now.. I really needed them as part of my team.. must have driven by a million times.. so happy to find them... but dont get in my way... I have a few cars they need to work on!
