I had the carpets in my house cleaned by these guys. It was the best experience I have ever had with a carpet cleaning company! Before when I had cleaners there was always a price quote then when they get there...it is always a special cleaner they need to use that costs more or a pre-treatment that will be needed that will cost more, or the carpets are too dirty and will require more time so it costs more...it always felt like I was dealing with a used car sales person. These guys come and give a free quote and there is no "extra" anything once they begin. It was not the cheapest place I called but I went on a friends recommendation and it definitely was the best cleaning I have ever had. It was completely thorough, everything was beautiful including stains that had been there for years....and every corner of my stair case was perfect! They were on time, respectful of my furnishings, and took care of everything! And here is the best part...the next day a few stains reappeared when carpets had dried, and Kevin said if anything shows up to call....he came right back out when I set the time and retreated the trouble spots!! Excellent service, great people, great price! I HIGHLY recommend Stadler Restoration Services. Kevin and Justin did a fabulous job on my home. Tammy was very kind and helpful when we spoke over the phone. I had our carpets and upholstery cleaned and house and surrounding areas pressure washed. They were prompt, professional, friendly, extremely hard working, and just all around great at what they do. They got stains out of my carpet that I thought would never in a million years come out. The stains are completely gone. I have had my carpets professionally cleaned before but never has it looked as good as it does now. My driveway and patio now look as good as they did when we purchased our home. I will continue to use their services from this day forward. The SRS team is a great group of people that take pride in what they do and it showed in the care they put into my home. I cannot thank them enough. Super happy customer! My update review, the claim that the tile is a fault for Stadler Restoration Services using a cleaning solution that ruined the factory finish, seriously! They claim to be professionals, and professionals would step up and resolve the issues, not spend 3-4 days causing more damage. The buffing they did really ruined the tile, at one point there assistant C and C cleaning asked me if he could use a 60lb. bag of cement to put on the buffer, WHAT?? if you log in you can see the damage to the 4 years old tile and the twenty year old tile. SRS/Kevin and Justin were referred by my neighbor. I usually have an (unnamed franchise) come out every year but after seeing the results of my neighbors tile job that they cleaned, I decided to give them a try cleaning my carpet. I have never left an online review before. After my experience with SRS I can honestly say that they now have us as customers for life. I have 3 dogs 2 cats and 2 teenage boys so you can imagine the state of my carpets which ended up being cleaner than I can remember after Kevin and Justin finished. Kevin and his crew worked very diligently on my tile floors. I was impressed with the precautions and concerns he took to do the job right. Kevin did a more thorough and detailed job than the last two services I have used. I was considering replacing the carpet in one of my bedrooms because of all the pet stains, but Kevin insisted on cleaning it first. It looks so good now that he saved me from having to replace it! Friendly people and great service. We called and received a quote on the same day. We scheduled service for the following Monday. We had an unplanned conflict and SRS was fantastic about rescheduling our service. They came out on a Sunday afternoon to complete the cleaning. The service was fast and everything looked fantastic.
