When I called Dan I had already called a few other carpet cleaning company's to get quotes.I was expecting somebody who didn't care about my needs and just wanted money, but I didn't get that at all! He was very understanding and was able to give me a great deal on the services needed. We discussed the time and I asked him if 12:30 would work for him and he said it wouldn't be a problem. I wish I had a picture to tell the story for me. Let me just say MICROFIBER Sectional. We have a large beautiful sectional, but it's never been easy to clean and when I say clean I mean without stains and the water spots too ! Not only did Dan and Mike make this sectional look like new again, they did better than that. It was brighter,fresher,softer, no water spots, the stains didn't come back after a week and here's the strange part....no odor !! No chemical odor or residue was left behind. Capital Carpet Cleaning and Tile came out to clean the tile, walk-in shower tile, and tile surround of my bathrooms. Let me tell you, the tile had not been taken care of. The grout was nasty, the tiles had a film on them from years of being cleaned with the wrong product. I seriously debated having it ripped out and replaced. Dan and Mike were great! We recently moved into a condo, with what used to be white carpeting. It was DISGUSTING with wear marks, stains, and even a pet puddle! Dan spent the time examining each room, explaining the options available, and how the equipment and chemicals worked. When these guys were done, our carpets and couches basically looked new! These guys did a truly AMAZING job. We even had a couple of stains re-appear a day later, Dan came right back, went over the area, and it looks beautiful.
