I have worked with Elaine and Staff Seekers for well over 15 years, and all I can say is WOW! She puts her heart and soul into finding the right match for placement for either permanent work or temp work. One word of caution, if you are a flake she will not give you too many tries, she studies the art of staffing and knows when to cut the cord. Staff seekers is completely unprofessional. They won't answer their phones, and will not return messages. The are vindictive, rude, and condescending to everyone that is not the Doctor. They will be rude to your front desk, and they will be incredibly difficult to deal with when you need them. They have a reputation for petty infighting and "black balling" employees and offices they don't like. It's as if their business is run by mean high school kids. If you are looking for a seamless solution for when someone on your staff goes on vacation, look further. I cannot possibly give enough starts for this wonderful business. They have saved our office on many occasions over the last decade at least. As a dental office reopening after the required closure due to COVID-19, we had our work cut out for us. Some staff couldn't come back right at opening due to several different personal reasons.
