This employment staff agency doesn't care about you. You're just a number to them. California State law code section 202 they failed to cooperate with the law. I didn't receive my check until 5 business days later. CA law clearly says if the employee quits with or without a 72 hour prior notice and their employer fails to meet those obligations than California Labor Code section 203 provides for a penalty equal to one day of wages at your standard hourly rate for each day the employer falls beyond the deadline, up to a maximum of thirty days.  These are known as "waiting-time" penalties, and they can often exceed the amount the you were owed in the first place. they let anybody work here. if you do drugs they will still let you work here. they give you a job and they expect you to walk out from the job in less than a week. very unprofessional and they wasted my time giving me these dead end jobs. they dont even respond back to any complaints to the managers at the job site. if you want a job thats going to last a week call these guys to waste your time. read more

Staffmark in Fontana needs to change the way they run their office. The ridiculous amount of complaints about rudeness and labor code violations is astonishing. I had a very bad experience with this office and I have filed a claim with the Labor Board and have reported them to the DLSE (Labor Police). Since they feel they have no accountability to anyone, I researched and found out that they have a parent company based out of Japan called Recruit Holdings LTD. There is a contact them section that I filled out telling them about what is going on over at that location. The Japanese are well known for courtesy and excellence and I'm sure they will be glad to know about this horrible agency location. I am continuing my research to locate all relevant parties that have authority over Fontana location. Thank God I finally got sick of dealing with agencies and got a company job paying over $5.00 more that Staffmark was ever able to get me. Hope they clean house and get rid of the lame staff over there and replace with competent ethical and respectful staff that can project a good image for the company instead of creating potential liability . Watch out Fontana staff....your jobs are in serious jeopardy if you don't wake up and change your ignorant ways!! read more

Horrible Staffing Agency. I Worked everyday of the week including weekends and holidays. Holidays begin at 18 dollars an hour. They Failed to pay me the money I earned working there. They only paid me for clocking out at lunch everyday of the week. I've called payroll. I've spoken with their manager. I've written multiple time sheets. I've left several messages. They fail to return my call. Cecilia is very rude. Alot of their workers are rude. Working for this agency is not worth it. They say you have a 90 day probation and when I called on sick to use it they would not allow me to use it. One lady said the system wasn't working and it must not be uploading. Then she went on to say I needed to wait another month to be able to use it. They try to keep from payimg you what you work for.
