When we finally decided to buy a work by this artist, the subject matter dictated that we frame it using a specific type of wood. Numerous framing shops told us this type of wood was not available. Diane told us the same thing, but she had a local woodworker source that had some of this wood in his private stock. Diane and her source designed the profile of the frame and her woodworker manufactured and assembled a custom frame that is the perfect match for our artwork. Going the extra mile to satisfy her customer is what makes Diane unique. She picked up the artwork at our home and delivered the finished product. The orders have always been correct and they get them together fast, usually same day, depending on what time of day you place your order. My almost four year old daughter loves to do "activities" (crafts) and they have sooooo many great options. The creatology line which I believe is an in-house brand is especially great. With sales and coupons I stock up on these crafts, with some ending up being as low as $2 each. This is seriously hard to beat!
