Their selection and options helped me save on costs and still have the top shelf frame, glass and overall quality of framing. The end result was beautiful beyond my expectations! I could not be happier with the whole experience. We all want to get a bargain or save money, but most of us want those things without compromising on quality and final product. I am happy to share, I was able to get a reasonable cost and a fantastic frame for my special piece of work.

We tried to work out a design with them for a project and it took three weeks to text us a layout. We weren't happy with the layout, so we came back in and altered the project. After they said they could do the second layout, they contacted us and said they couldn't complete the job as we wanted. We had already put a down payment for the work and when they couldn't do the work to our liking, they charged us 120 dollars for a layout design (they wanted to charge us more, but we settled on this amount). Go to Mo's they are night and day more professional and hashed out the design and a computerized layout on the first visit in 20 minutes, Mo's could do what we wanted, highly suggest staying away from AP&F and go to Mo's !!! We were never informed the layout time would cost money and when we stopped the job, they got mad and demanded money. Compare that to mo's we left with a computer designed layout from the start and they had 100% confidence they would complete the work to our satisfaction and even ordered software updates to their mat cutter !

When we finally decided to buy a work by this artist, the subject matter dictated that we frame it using a specific type of wood. Numerous framing shops told us this type of wood was not available. Diane told us the same thing, but she had a local woodworker source that had some of this wood in his private stock. Diane and her source designed the profile of the frame and her woodworker manufactured and assembled a custom frame that is the perfect match for our artwork.
