He said that it could be more depending on how soiled the rugs were. He increased the price to a total of $500 and did a mediocre job at best. He never gave us a receipt listing the items or extras that he was charging for. In addition, he included a smaller carpet in the final price and left without cleaning it. We had to call him the next day to get that one done. The rugs are not evenly clean. He took advantage and scammed us. The first picture shows the dirty fringe after he cleaned. The second picture shows another side of the rug where we don't walk on, so that's how it should look if cleaned.
