Maybe their feeling was since it was my first time I didn't need to know. I had spoken to the person I was originally scheduled with for about 10-15 minutes to explain my hair and the cut I wanted. Kayla was very nice but she seemed very I experienced cutting a pixie. She just grabbed my hair and cut it. I asked her several times if she was comfortable about the pixie and she assured me each time she was. She didn't cut it into any particular style, just cut it short. I'm very disappointed and would not recommend this place for anyone that wants a short cut. I'm new to Florida and didn't really know where else to go after searching places in the area I live. They charged me $49 deposit and another $187 for what looks like 5 highlights and this terrible cut. FYI, my sides were not highlighted only a handful of hair on top. I really didn't want to pay her but also didn't want to make a fuss. I wish she were honest and just said she didn't know how to do what I wanted instead of continuing to cut my hair. Once I realized she was making a mess I just made her stop and I left. I wouldn't recommend this place for anyone who is black and wants a short cut.
