I had one service call because a tire blew out on my car and had to get it towed to a local tire shop. Towing service was friendly and fast. That being said the amount of money I paid was a little high they had me bundle for a lower rate I did not like the bundle because they had me get renters insurance term life insurance and car insurance I was flabbergasted by the amount they were charging and my bill always seemed to be near $150 or $170 a month every time I tried to change my insurance for a lower rate they would tell me that it wouldn't effect my monthly premium I didn't ask them if it would effect my premium I hoped it would but even if it didn't then that was fine The last straw was when I dropped my insurance to the state minimum and then I was still paying $120 a month I decided to switch even though State Farm is nice they charge an arm and a leg I found a different insurance and pay a lot less for just auto coverage and the company that I went to only had me take out an auto policy which is what I wanted in the first place I only wanted car insurance. My wife and I stopped in today to Gregory Ryan's office to change over our address since we…read morerecently moved to Buffalo. While we were waiting, there were 2 other customers ahead of us. There was one waiting, and the other was being helped. The man at the desk had trouble understanding what the woman was saying (Joyce I think her name was). When he understood what she had said, and left the office, the next customer went to her desk and made racist comments about him "going back where he came from." He repeated himself clarifying that he "should go back to wherever he came from and never come back." I was shocked to see the woman nod. I thought perhaps that she wanted to simply acknowledge that she had heard him, and wanted to move on. However, after they finished their business, they struck up a 10 minute personal conversation while my wife and I waited. The woman's nodding now seems to be an agreement to his racism. Combined with making customer's wait while they chatted about personal friend issues, is beyond unprofessional and rude. We have been customers of State Farm for almost 20 years, and I will say I will NEVER do business with someone who employs such ignorant people. My wife and I will do business with a different agent!
