My wife and I went in the Kaysville store and the lady in the office came out and asked if we needed help. We said yes and she said she'd sent a guy up to help us. they had a tape measure on the table so I asked if I could use it and she said yes. I started measuring different closet items and heights to see what would work in our closet. After a couple of minutes, the lady came back to us and was extremely hostile. She told us we couldn't measure anything as it was propriety information. She was very disrespectful to me and my wife. We then told her we didn't want to do business with them if that's how they treat clients. When we got out to the car my wife's feeling were so hurt and she was so embarrassed she started to cry. I went back in the store to explain to the lady her actions were unprofessional and inappropriate. she didn't apologize but only justified her behavior. It was a horrible experience and we won't be using them on our home or any of our projects.
