SUPER dangerous turning left on 109 at one exit and the other has a no left turn sign!!!! Put a traffic light here!!! Some of Milford Plaza's finds are: -- Kohl's -- Town Fair Tire -- Sally Beauty Supply -- Panera Bread -- Papa Gino's -- Jo-Ann Fabric & Craft -- Radio Shack (closing next month though!) -- Applebee's and more. UPDATE : Early 2017 Recent renovations to the entire aesthetics of this building are great. They have completely renovated the look of all the storefronts (thank goodness.... they hadn't previously done any work since the 70's!). Parking lot has been completely re paved (also used to be bumps EVERYWHERE) and the layout of the lot is new and much more efficient. Good progress. Nice to see Milford getting better and more decent retail centers.

They might win the most names for one road!), and offers the center / eastern city of the city with a grocery store, Price Rite. They recently renovated the entire plaza, which was a nice update to the previous, sub-par design to this place. Some of the stores in this complex include Savers, Ocean State Job Lot, Marshalls, Price Rite, Auto Zone, Perfect Dental, CVS, XCited Nails, Spare Time Shop, Barber Shop, Puritan Cleaners, Sal's Pizza, Fruitti Fro-Yo, Sherwin Williams, Plaza Liquors, and Acorn Self Storage in the rear section of the building. This place has so much potential, but really isn't used correctly…read more Between the large vacancy in the former Building #19, the puddles and the really odd setup of the parking lot, and the lack of upkeep throughout the entire area makes this the least desirable shopping center throughout all of the large plazas and malls in Natick. Sure, most of the stores and restaurants throughout this center are good, but having a better selection of places to go would draw people in.... nothing is "special". Five Guys has a location in Framingham (five minutes away or less), as does Panera, UPS Store, Staples and Stop&Shop. Hopefully the proposal for an Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza, Chipotle, and a few other stores to go into an extension onto this plaza goes through. This plaza needs every inkling of upgrading it can get.... with the Golden Triangle (the largest shopping zone throughout New England) right down the road with the Natick Mall, Cloverleaf, Sherwood and the others, this place may only stay in business for so much longer. My biggest pet peeve and suggestion for others here is, be careful. The potholes and huge puddles near the Route 27 exit are ridiculous and feel like you're going through an earthquake. Plus, the parking lot isn't designed well, confusing, and has very odd entrances and exits. Definitely not the best shopping center in the area. I would say it's fine for a few quick things (and it is....) but if you're looking for GOOD places to go to, everything here is located in another spot within five minutes. 3 stars for the 9/27 Shopping Center in Natick.

Great plaza. Perfect, new setup…read more Plaza includes: HUGE Target store Staples Very Un-crowded, Friendly Best Buy Bed Bath And Beyond Super Renovated, Fridays and Petco Everything essential you could get just from coming here! Be careful of stop signs at the few intersections, and Best Buy & Petco are hidden you have to look for them in the back behind Staples. But if you are a "newbie", don't worry there are signs directing you in every which way for everything. Only problem here is the entrance / exit. Entering the plaza is super annoying coming from Lowe's, Sports Authority and Route 85 because the turn signal is 3 seconds long and the cars coming down on Fortune are FLYING. Exiting the plaza is worse, it's a 4-way intersection with the Quarry Mall coming for the opposite side of the plaza's exit, and everyone is trying to turn left, with no turn signals, it's super dangerous, and the traffic gets out of control coming from the Target parking lot exit. Add turn signals!!!!!
