Thankfully we arrived early to one location and the toll road got us to the correct location in 6 min right at the start of class. We got lucky with parking up front but it's shared with a bunch of other businesses so always leave yourself with enough time. Jasmine was our instructor for the yin yoga class. She explained which items to grab for the session and made room for us. Both me and my husband felt super relaxed during and after the class. It's the perfect relaxation for the mind and body after a long day of work. She ended the session with a sound bowl that was nice. Definitely recommend this class and location especially since they offer it through classpass Next time, I'm going to try one of their loud boot camp type classes that was happening across the hallway. But to be honest, I'm not a huge fan of rules or following directions, but Adrian and his team will make you want to actually do. the. work. They're cool people who ultimately want you to achieve your goals, whatever they happen to be, and to be honest, I'd feel like a terrible person if I didn't make it happen! Through the challenge, I was able to lose about 23lbs, in a sensible, seemingly sustainable (only time will tell) way. The workouts are as challenging as you want to make them, so it doesn't matter if you have poor motor skills (me) or are a super hero, you can and will get the job done, because Adrian and Daniel won't let you settle for the easy way out. The meal plan is sensible and simple, and in general, my overall experience has been pretty excellent. I've even canceled my membership at my regular gym, so that I could keep playing here!
