What a great place. After my brother died I bought a necklace and a charm for his ashes but the necklace didn't fit through the hole in the charm so the owner made me 2 gold Loops so it could swivel and fit through nicely. He refused to take payment for it which was so nice Bc at that time I was paying for a lot towards my brothers celebration of life. Today I just popped in on him Bc I noticed one of the gold loops broke apart and the owner immediately fixed it and didn't charge me again! He certainly didn't have to do that but did anyway and I am so grateful for it. What a wonderful place. I will only come here for anything to do with my jewelry or if I purchase jewelry. read more

If I could give Zero stars I would. My fiancé purchased my engagement ring from Rainer, owner of Stampar in June of 2021. It wasn't exactly what I wanted so Rainer told us that he would bring stones in for me to look at and if I wanted a different stone we could just pay the difference! Never did it, after chasing for a couple of months I gave up and settled! I decided to have the stone reset into a halo setting. He said no problem to do. In September said it would take approximately 6 weeks. 4 weeks passed I had not heard from him, I popped in the store he said he was super busy and had not gotten to it. Never heard from him. Went back in around Christmas. Said he was having trouble getting someone to design it but that he had a new guy. Said he would get on it he would call me in a week. Never heard from him. Mean while in the middle of all of this he was supposed to write me an appraisal so I could get insurance. Promised he would email it about 10x I'm walking around with a 20k diamond uninsured for months! Never did it. February comes around. Still nothing! I decide to give him one last opportunity. I pop in the store. He apologized about not making my setting and he seemed so sincere and I really liked him and I feel stupid for trusting him. At the same time my fiancé made his 4th large purchase for Valentine's Day because there was a necklace in there that I fell in love with. This time I was sure he wouldn't disappoint me. A month passed, I go there and he actually had a diagram of the ring. Said it would take a week to get the wax mold and then all I had to do was approve it. I started getting excited again. Wedding is 5/13 so we only have 8 weeks. After 10 days of waiting for the call, I decided to go to RH jewelers in Jupiter. I told him the entire story and he went bonkers to accommodate me before my wedding. It took a little over a month but I have the ring on my finger and my matching wedding band, also got my fiancés wedding band and he got a 10k sale and a customer for life! Rainer destroyed the entire happy experience for me. Oh, and I donated 20,000 in business clothes to a charity his sister runs and never even got a Thank you from either of them! I never knew this place existed until my son brought me into Stampar Jewelers as I needed to have some jewelry repaired. The store is located one block off Indiantown Road so it is difficult to notice. My son knew the owner, Rainer, due to some other business. My jewelry was perfectly repaired. While I was in the store, I looked around at the jewelry that was for sale and In my opinion, all the pieces were very pretty and stylish. I also recommended Stampar to a friend for a watch repair and she was very happy with the service she received so I brought my two watches in for repair and cleaning. I told him I was looking for a custom engagement ring and came in from all his great reviews. He was so kind and helpful throughout the whole process. He asked some questions about certain aspects of the ring and then told me that he would have a design made on the computer for me to look at.
