However, Ben did not admit that he drilled incorrectly. Because of this, my two fingers are in pain. 2. He can't remember the price of the drill. So the price varies from time to time. 3. When I drilled a new ball, he included the cost of the insert in the price of the drill, even though I didn't need an insert. Isn't this a real FXXXXX? 4. He is not kind and often gets irritated. When I did started listening to him, I found out I was wrong on a lot of things. I have averaged 210-215 with Ben as my go to pro shop. Take a look at his shop and really look at all the home made stuff he made explaining ball motions and layouts. He knows his stuff well. Just customers think they know more than the pro shop operator and some how feel offended when they try to push their agendas against what he says. I know someone who has shot 17 300s with Ben as his go to pro shop, how can you shoot that many 300s if the driller is no good. Something to think about. I have attached one of my latest scores.

I went back yesterday and got a new pair of hard court shoes by Asics. They are super comfortable. I recently had bought a racket on Amazon. Turns out that their price was $50 less than Amazon. Even though she could barely move on the ice, even with walkers- she simply loved the atmosphere. She asked to celebrate her 8th birthday here last year, and we made the date official earlier this year. We originally planned to celebrate right after school for out in May but due to the chemical spill, we scheduled it closer to her actual birthday. I just wanted to say Shannon has been a God send with all the planning and footwork beforehand. She has been in constant communication leading up to my daughter's big day. She is a phenomenal person who is very kind and works way too hard. I greatly appreciate all your help planning all this to make such an incredible birthday for Tamsin. From the moment we walked into rink, she felt like a VIP. Even though Shannon could not make it that day, Kristin was super! She was super kind, patient and walked me through the process of guest check in. She was friendly to all our guests and was very professional. She ensured we had everything we needed even before we knew it. Napkins, plates and all the party necessities were on point. The coordination for the birthday announcement, personalized song list and VIP photo on the ice was done seamlessly. The food service was also fantastic. The cafe staff kept popping in to make sure we were good and made sure we had plates, napkins and utensils. There was a boo boo pizza and they remade the correct one free of charge. Pizza, cinnamon pretzels, and wings (outside food fee/prior auth required) made Everyone happy! All of our guests, adults and kids alike had a blast!
