When i got the car back, the windshield had not been seated properly with caulk (!) nor had the seal been put on right. Was driving down the highway and the rubber molding came flying off. Was lucky the windshield stayed in place at all. They also worked on the car with the windshield off so there was debris all over the inside of the car. They didn't bother to cover the interior. Was also told to come back the following week to have the car polished and to have a part of the body pulled back into alignment that they neglected to do originally. Called back and the guy said he was somewhere like Eastern Europe with his family. I asked when he would be back because he didn't mention this trip. He wouldn't say and didn't seem to care since he already got paid. The main reason I came here was to have the roof fixed with a rust spot. That wasn't done properly at all. The paint is now coming up and i i have to pay to have it done again. But I wouldn't waste my time going back even if it was free. Guy talks a good game but don't waste your time. UPDATE: the response by the business owner is either purposely misleading or he is confusing me with someone else. I have never asked for money back. Wouldn't meet with him to get money back. And a reply to a comment isn't the way to refute a review. There are no screenshots from me. Which must mean he has issues with other customers. Just left this review so that others know what they're getting into when getting work done here. And the reply to my review tells you everything.

Before I left, the owner even took the time to sit with me and demonstrate how to operate the new receiver and use its features. I had previously gotten my bed rhino lined by Line-X so I figured I'd ask them next. Line-X told me they'd do it all. They sent me an electronic quote with all of the specific parts, nailing everything I asked for. It even included a labor quote, which they didn't change after installs were complete. Their responses were always timely and courteous. Bravo for the entire team. Will always take my truck or future vehicles back there, and will always be my number 1 recommendation to family and friends.

That being said, I've gotten a couple quotes all of them substantially more than Memo quoted. What took me by surprise was how good the quality was on the work they did. I have a Lotta cars and I'm always amazed when somebody does above and beyond work. The first issue was the color that I picked and ordered came back the wrong color that I thought it would be. This was clearly my mistake, but Memo did not charge me for the mistake. Instead, he would discount it to the next customer. Then, finally, the color that we did decide was literally amazing. I have gotten so many compliments on this car in a matter of three days that I've had it compared to the two years prior. The pictures will be an example to you. I also took my smart car to get work done on it, and there was a mistake on the color which he corrected right away because it needed to be painted before wrapped, and again the work is amazing.
