It was barely 2 weeks and a couple days that I had just bought my Benz AMG with the factory clear windows and I just felt something wasn't right.. so I made an appointment for a Saturday morning. Super convenient for me, as I walked home after I dropped off the car. 5 hours later was notified it was ready to pickup. I went with basically the best available ceramic tint at 15% all around. Very heat resistant and totally happy with the professional attitude, quality and killer look overall! Highly recommend these guys!

She left early from work for this appointment, and Tony cancelled on her, last minute, with no excuse. My daughter rescheduled for today (Friday again), took leave hours from work again, and come 4:00? No Tony. She called and was given a shaky excuse of "Oh... I scheduled you for NEXT week". Keep in mind they've been holding her $100 for two weeks now. I told him "we're done - refund the money", and was hung up on. Run from this so-called business - They'll take your money online, and disappear. Not recommended.

Very nice gentleman who took the time to explain and answer any questions I may have about tint and how dark along with heat protection. I was comfortable immediately and was able to get the Bronco in immediately. Less than two hours later the job was completed and I couldn't be happier. Fast forward to a few weeks ago; my wife, after seeing how good the Bronco looked, wanted her front windows done the same tint depth. After a brief consultation at the shop, I went with their 3M Ceramic IR film - 15% for all sides, rear windows & sunroof and 35% front windshield. At first, I wanted to black out my front windshield. However, I occasionally have to place a handicap placard on my rear view mirror when transporting certain family members. Danny strongly recommended that I go with a light enough film to be still able to see the placard when displayed, obviously for legal reasons. Thanks Danny for the recommendation! Danny initially mentioned that it would take about 4 hrs but they got me out very quickly in just a couple. Lastly, at the completion, he made sure to let me know about little details like to not open my windows for the next 2 days to let the film settle and also that I may notice some streaking/air bubble-like appearances on the films which will ultimately disappear. (Putting my trust in Danny since these were quite noticeable as I left the shop. ) Great pricing with Lifetime warranty, too! Overall, I had a great experience from beginning to end. We had been quoted anywhere between $5,000-$15,000 to replace our sliding patio doors with French…read moredoors. Our garage is detached, so we could not lock our old patio doors, meaning if we wanted to use our garage, we either had to leave the house unlocked or walk around the block to our front door. We were told by all the other contractors that our doorway was a weird size, and that they were unable to install the doors without cutting into our drywall and stucco and removing our patio stairs. We were also told this would be a project that took multiple days. I posted our other quotes to Yelp to see if other contractors could beat it, and Sivan responded. Oded from Sivan came in and confirmed what I suspected: That what we were told by other contractors was wrong, and that they could easily replace our sliding patio doors with French doors with a lock, and that it could be done via retrofitting and would only take a matter of hours. Everyone at Sivan was easy to work with. My husband and I frequently have meetings during the day, so it's hard to have a call about house stuff. Everyone at Sivan was able to communicate via e-mail and text so we could handle things while in meetings, and they were super responsive even though we sometimes took months to respond because we had a baby since we originally reached out to them. We were able to get our doors done for $4,298.80, which was the best quote we had from any contractor and included labor, materials, and a warranty. In sum, we highly recommend Sivan if you are looking to replace your doors!

I ended up leaving a small tip, but the experience itself didn't really match that level of expectation. I also would have appreciated a quick walkthrough of the work that was done--especially at that price point--but it was more of a quick handoff of the keys. I came back for the 10-day follow-up and made a point to ask about timing ahead of time. I was told it would take about an hour. I arrived early, but after an hour the car hadn't been touched yet, and there wasn't any update unless I asked. That part was frustrating. So, they ended up rushing my 10-day follow-up inspection. Gave the car a quick rinse and handed me the keys. What was the point of driving down from Carlsbad??? Over 3 hours wasted. For comparison, I had a great experience at their Kearny Mesa location previously, so I know what they're capable of. This location is stretched thin, which seemed to impact communication and overall service. I was not the only customer in the lobby feeling this way. Given the type of clientele they're working with and the pricing, I was expecting a bit more consistency and attention to detail. Their follow-up consisted of more sales pitches of coupons for services I already had done. Would have been nice to have the discounts PRIOR to the work! I planned on using the wash program and mentioned to Jasmine my poor service experience. Think there was follow-up? Nada. So, thumbs "kind of" up for Ceramic Pro but thumbs down for this location. Overall, I think the company itself does good work, and have used the Kearny Mesa location in the past several times with excellent success!! I would not choose this location again.

Don't believe the hype! I recommend that you, "DO NOT TRUST THIS STORE!!" for the following reason and more. I'll bet you those 5 Star reviews they have on Google are fake like them! I'm old school Red Blooded American, so if they knew better they would be grateful that I don't get with my local organization, bust out signs and "Boycott" and "Picket" their Shiesty A*ses "American Style!!". These foreigners have no respect for Americans, customers in general or their hard earned dollars. The workers there are fake and Anti-American. They were looking at me side eyed with contempt as they attempted to screw me out of my money as if they thought I was a fool. Even after I spent $800 with them for a Pioneer head unit. Well I am not a fool, I hope you people are listening because they didn't get a dime more and I am exposing them for for their bad business practices. They sell cheap wiring, goods if you are not knowledgeable and will overcharge you for labor. They tried to charge me $1000 in labor to install front and back speakers, then when I thought about it and cancelled the order, one of the owners "Ali" in the El Cajon store called my cell phone and wanted to argue with me like a woman and threatened me on the phone with charging me a fees because I cancelled their contract for it through "Snap Finance". Thank god for "Snap Finance". They are 100% for the customer and don't play that crap. I got my money back and they get exposed with the bad review from a creditable customer that unwittingly wandered into their web. I guess the rules are different here than in your Country huh Ali? I 100% recommend Snap! They put a stop to their b*llsh*t on the spot! They were seen by a creditable source cheating a woman on an installation job in their El Cajon Blvd store. They obviously have no problem ripping off little old ladies while in the process laughing about it in their face in a foreign language. I have a friend who was present when they was perpetrating this dastardly deed. I spend thousands on stereo equipment in the past as a hobby but these 2-bit small minded short sighted thieves only concentrate on the little picture and what they can get now and cant see any further for their short shortsightedness. For these kind of reasons I have seen dozens of companies like this go under and shut down after taking advantage of their customers. You don't have to believe it but "KARMA" is real. Nightmarish installation from hell! I decided to wait three months before I wrote this review in hopes my attitude towards the situation cooled down, as I was heated for quite some time. I met with Ali, we discussed pricing and came to a agreement. They could'nt install it same day so I left my car and rented another vehicle in the meantime. From here I'll just number everything they did wrong. 1. They called me 5 minutes before they closed to come pick up my "finished" car after I'd been trying to plan a pick up time with them all day. Poor communication. 2. The sound system, amps, stereo, would'nt turn on when I picked it up, which made sense since I saw the whole crew scrambling to get out of there when I arrived. They didnt even test it before handing it over. 3. I bring my car back the next day and watch them install it. Theyre excuse was the previous installer ofcourse, which is false, even though they handed it back to me saying it was finished. 4. Having a bad feeling, I open and review everything the following weekend. The terminations to the sub and amps looked like garbage, half of the wire in and half out. True negligence that could've started a fire. 5. The speakers I had them install in the rear doors where replaced with crappy little 40W RMS speaker which I'd never even seen before. The 120W RMS speakers I told them to install went missing! 6. All my old equipment had gone missing as well. When I asked them why, they said they didnt expect me to want my old stuff, so they just kept it. Ali even confronted his installers about still being thieves, which they denied ofcourse. 7. Eventually, after enough arguing, they finally find and return my old equipment. It was scattered all across the shop, very unorganized. They dropped my crossovers in front of me nearly cracking the case, I couldnt believe it. 8. Ali acted ridiculous by yelling at his crew that because of me, now every little dime and screw found in the car needs to be returned to the owner. Well, obviously, maybe not every screw, but it'd be smart to take account of all the equipment they replace with intentions of returning it and letting the actual owner decide what to do with it, basic thinking right? Eventually he gave me free speakers to make up for the mistakes, but they didnt even install them. I spent nearly $3k there and this is the kind of quality I recieved. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST, AND IF YOU DID GET WORK DONE HERE, TAKE IT TO A PROFESSIONAL TO DOUBLE CHECK THE WORK. A couple of years ago I tried getting a new stereo at Best Buy. I loved my stock JBL stereo but it was old and didn't have aux capabilities for i-pod etc. It was time to upgrade. Once Best Buy instelled the new stereo, my once amazing sound system sounded like an AM radio. They tried changing it out with different (each time more expensive) stereos. They tried changing my speakers (which they said were blown, but they weren't), they tried everything... Three stereos later (and several days of my life) I told them to just put my old one back in and just lived with it. On Christmas day my CD's got stuck in my stereo. Oh crap, I have to deal with this again! Please kill me now! I was dreading dealing with this time and money vampire. Fortunately my mechanic Harry and his son AJ at AAA Automotive recommended Stereo Depot. They got me right in, didn't try to up sell me a $400 system and explained that I just needed an adapter to jive with my stock system so I don't get the AM radio sound. They confirmed that my speakers were great and weren't blown. They also went the extra mile to remove my old hands free "Parrot" system (ehich I would no longer need) and found the reason I had periodic shorts in my dash. The ground wire for the parrot was not wrapped in anything (also best buy) and I had even taken it to Broadway Auto Electric and they didn't even catch that! They spent a lot of time making sure that everything was cleaned up, wrapped and installed correctly and they never charged me extra to fix everyone else mess. They quote you right away, stick to it and when the first adapter didn't work for the year of my car, they had another one delivered from their other location which was $50 less and they refunded me. Everyone there was really knowledgeable and there was no pressure. They showed me how to sync up and work everything, they really spent the time and didn;t rush me out. I needed a new radio in my car, and because of the make/model it requires a little more work than just switching out the head unit. I contacted the shop by phone to see if they were familiar with what I needed and had the parts in stock. Luckily they did. They did not push me to make an appointment when I said I was unsure of what I was going to do and when. They just suggested I call back before bringing it in to double check that they still had the specific part I needed for my car. When I made my decision, I called them back and they checked on the parts, confirmed and told me to come down when I wanted. I brought the car in on a Saturday, I told them what I was looking for. They showed me exactly what I was asking for, and didn't try to oversell me on things I didn't need. (Although my friend who came with me did convince me I needed something more than I originally intended.) What they quoted me on-site was on par with what they quoted me on the phone. They also were friendly and explained things that I wanted them to, but did not try to patronize me at all. They quoted about a 4-5 Hour install time. The installation took a little longer than expected, but it was still same day. Overall good experience with them both on the phone and during the visit. I would go to the shop again. read more

I just want to give my .02 on Stereo Depot, so here it goes. These guys have taken care of me since November of 2011. I first went there to get a new head unit installed. I knew what I wanted and they special ordered it and got it the same day for me. They didn't try to sell me what I didn't want. A week or so later I wanted to add some thump and I had an idea about the sub and amp setup that I wanted and they upgraded me for a great deal. Because of their service I went back again for a viper remote start alarm. After one of my head lights went out I checked them out and they hooked it up with HID's which I love. They're not too purple or blue, they're just right. Every time I walk into the store, I'm treated with respect and they give me exactly what I am looking for. If you want top notch service, go talk to these guys. I've purchased everything from them not only because of the great deals they give me but more so because they treat me like a friend more than a paycheck. I recommend them to every last one of you. I needed a car stereo for my son and went in to talk to John. He asked me about types of Music my son listened to and checked out my son's car before he made a recommendation. I wasn't sure what to buy so he gave me a written estimate and suggested that I check a few other places until I was a little more sure of what was available and come back if I thought he could help. I could not beat the price anywhere. John was honest about the amount of time to install and his installation crew did a fantastic job! The system REALLY sounded great and there weren't any hidden fees or gotchas. When I picked the vehicle up, John wasn't able to be there, so Eddie delivered the vehicle and showed me how to use the system. The demo was very thorough. A week or so later, my son thought there was a problem so we went back to the shop. Eddie was able to answer all our questions and the problem turned out not to be the equipment. It turned out it was how a bluetooth device was configured/connected. Eddie was very patient and understanding and gave us both a lesson and tips on use of the system. This place is a scam. I got a complete stereo upgrade besides the head unit. First the gentleman tells me that it will only take three hours to install everything if I left my car over night. Thought no problem I'll just pick it up after work. I get home around 4 or 5pm and my car is still not done. And not only is it not its still in pieces. So I come back about an hour later to a car that has speakers that don't work, and a sub that barely works correctly. They tell me that the only thing they had to do was replace a switch that lets you control the sub and all. So it begins to work for a few weeks and then the speakers start to kick in and out and I realize that the sub and box aren't even mounted like other places would do after having your car for over 24 hours. Now I'm spending close to 500 dollars because my speakers kicked off and I found that my entire car is wired like a blind 5year old did it. Do not come to these scam artists. They will take your money and leave your car looking like a piece of trash. Only reason they got a star is because it made me put it on. Disgraceful read more

I bought a stereo from Stereo Depot and I am taking the time let everyone know I am very happy with my experience,look every now and then you have issues with any company. I do not work for this stereo shop, I am however a customer. Now I have had issues with my stereo, but in fairness rather then get all pissed off at them i went back to the stereo depot at least a dozen times and talked to the owner Alan. Alan had this store on El Cajon blvd, and he just opened another store in the Ciry of El Cajon. My issues with my stereo where always a default in the stereo not the store and as that may suck, in any business, give them a chance and they will take very good care of you. They bought me lunch at times, they really try to take care of their customers, if you give them a chance and not go off on them for some problem you may have. To me nothing is worth going off an yelling at them or anyone to get something solved. Alan will go out of his way to take care of you, I know I had issues and he took care of me to 100%. idk what all these other people are talking about... i called multiple places in town and sd had the BEST prices by far. now first off my car had NO wiring at all to support a stereo(heavily modded car) COMPLETELY GUTTED, let alone all the stuff i had brought in. they were very confident considering i had computer systems ecu turbo timer etc all in the dash and they did an amazing job working around the fact i had literally no room to even start the install... they installed a FULL system with all new wiring including 2 subs an amp 2 speakers( they actually set me up with a bigger size after the ones i brought in were the wrong size.. saved my a**) and the deck. the quality of the install was great and they set me up with free mounting brackets, hardware etc. my car was done in a couple of hours and the all of the people working there had a great sense of humor and great attitude. the system sounds AMAZING! ill be back with my other cars. and regardless of the other reviewers id DEFF recommend this place to my friends family and all of those in the san diego racing scene ;) read more

This place is my go to shop, Adrian and crew always hook it up. In the past I have been here and got my windows tinted and got a set of dope black with red stripe rims that they had on display in the showroom and got approved for financing for 0 APR for 12 months This time I was there to get some slotted and drilled rotors that i supplied installed. It turns out that the front rotors i bought was for the base model and i have the ST model. The back were fine and look amazing after install. Now the main reason for writing this review is because Adrian went above and beyond to help me out. I bought the rotors on amazon and they have a 30 day return policy and i was past that by a couple weeks and thought i was stuck eating the $280. that i spent for the rotors. Adrian smiled, grabbed the phone and called amazon on my behalf and talked some magic and they accepted my late return. They emailed me a return label, i printed it out and he shipped it out for me saving me a trip to the UPS store! I will always go to stereo Depot for all my car install needs read more

In reading through the reviews, it appears that this place is either really liked or very disliked. Makes me think that the reflection is on the customer more than the shop. I had an excellent experience. I needed a stereo and four speakers for my car. John waited on me and he was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I could not ask for better service than John gave me. I had already been to a couple of other places for comparative pricing and found John's quote to be competitive. The only problem that the shop might have is what I read in the other reviews: complaints about the time it took for installation. I was told three hours and it was nine hours later that I was called to pickup my car. There was a good excuse, but "nine hours"? I suggest to the shop that you review the time problem on installation. All in all, I am very satisfied with my experience at Stereo Depot and will certainly go back if I need something else and will recommend the shop to friends. Ask for John. read more

I had to replace the car alarm system in a vehicle I recently purchased. A friend referred me to Omar at the El Cajon Stereo Depot location. I called Omar on a Saturday and he was very professional over the phone, his schedule was full for the day however he said he would contact his manager Adrian at the San Diego location and he would be able to assist me. When I arrived at the San Diego location Omar had called Adrian and he was aware of what I was looking for in an alarm. All of the staff at the San Diego location were very professional and patient as they explained the different features on the alarms I was considering for my vehicle. Once the alarm was installed I had numerous questions and the staff answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable with how the system worked before I left the store. I was shopping on google for a car audio shop and Stereo Depot in San Diego was the first one to pop up. Adrian approached me with his best customer service and was able to lead me with a new stereo upgrade for my dodge grand caravan. Adrian was very detailed about all the parts for my vehicle I needed and was able to get my own subwoofer tube installed while installing the unit. This is the best car audio shop I have ever visit and love the music vibe they play. They are definitely reasonable with their pricing and worked with my budget. Love this Stereo Depot location John here at this shop was just absolutely amazing. He was one of the managers at this location he was running the place and managing his employees while taking caring of my needs needed many things done to my car all he kept doing was making me priority to get me in and out quick. While giving me the best discounts with fast service at a lower cost then many other locations in San Diego . His customer service is second to none. He makes you feel at home , if you decide to wait he makes sure to take care of you while you wait. I can't stress enough how great this place is. Car time is very special to me it calms me down through out the day and Ive been wanting a new stereo for a while, i was told by my brother and a few others to come here and i still wanted to check out a few other places for prices i went to three other stores and stereo depot should have been my first choice. I have been coming to this location for almost 10 years and will not ever go elsewhere because of Adrian and Flavio. I always contact Adrian through text before arriving and he usually can get me taken care of same day. He definitely delivers what he promises. Flavio is the most professional car audio custom box installer I have ever met, he definitely gets down with his work. Untouchable service. I purchased three 8w7's for my 2024 Ford F250. Flavio made the box, matched the leather, installed and installed a backlit Ford Emblem. Best project I had done and upgraded to Bema Carbon Fiber audio speakers loud. Ok so this I my second time back in this store and I have to say this was just as a good of experience as the first one! They remembered me first of all... Big points!!! Winning!!!! Haha ok... I purchased a full stereo systems from these gentlemen about 7 months ago and got a great deal on it. After checking individual pricing on google I saved almost 950.00 dollars. My 3rd car i bring to stereo depot and provide the quality of work i like to see done on my car. I asked for a upgraded radio on my 1989 caprice regarding a floating screen and possibly a 4 channel amp? Just like Adrian says to me trust the process and he is absolutely right about that because i always walk out of their shop happier than i can be. I have been coming to Stereo Depot for almost 2 years and always dealing with Adrian. He always gets my sound system right when I buy new cars. Yesterday I purchased come niche wheels for my Chrysler 300 and was very happy with the wheels and tire package he choose and recommended for me. Dynavin is the only unit that offers a fiber optic connection.
