And he says that my son orthopedically can't even sit in this wheelchair, because it's not correct for his scoliosis.No answer they keep saying they're working on it perhaps waiting for parts. Atrocious. Got my order in early JANUARY and after 4 months of going back and forth with the rude staff, received my cpap machine in MAY. It seems as if they will go out of their way to make sure you do NOT get your prescribed equipment in any reasonable amount of time. If you are unfortunate enough to have to deal with this abomination of a company, write down the name of everyone you speak with, the date and time, and a short summary of the convo. You will need this as the next operator is sure to be oblivious to any progress previously made on your account. Expect them to repeatedly demand prescriptions, insurance info and the like because they will not have any record of them and claim they never received them. I had used this company for a few years when it was just SG Homecare and then we stopped getting any supplies from there so when my son needed Ensure Plus after a hospital stay I called them and they were now Stance. They sent a couple of deliveries and then they just stopped. No phone call and no communications. I have spent about four hours on the phone the last two days trying to resolve this and I have gotten nowhere. Please please do not use this company. October 16, 2025 my Doctor sent a prescription for CPAP and mask. My doctor informed me that Stance will contact me. As I did not receive any contact from Stance I had to call the customers service for follow up. This was the most disappointing experience I have ever had. After almost one month of absurd discussions with customers service with NO results I hade to ask my doctor to send the prescription to another supplier. Thankfully he did. Since the transition, my son's medically necessary supplies have repeatedly not been delivered on time. This is not an isolated incident -- it has occurred multiple times. As of today, we have gone the entire month of February without receiving any of my son's required supplies. I have not received any phone call, text message, or written communication providing an update, explanation, or expected delivery date. The complete lack of communication is deeply concerning and unprofessional. There are some different phone numbers but they all use voice mail. You try and leave a message and then it's like talking to a ghost. You never hear back. Can a government agency look into this. I previously submitted reviews prior to SG Homecare being assumed by Stance Health Solutions and sadly, the customer service (or complete lack thereof) remains unchanged. Yelp really needs to provide an option of zero stars because one star is twenty stars too many! My most recent debacle of interaction with this company is/was I was actually contacted by a Customer Service Representative who stated my authorization was received and they were filling my usual supplies reorder with an anticipated shipping date of the following week. Fast forward to six weeks later and I have received no products nor heard anything from this company. I called and spoke with a Customer Service representative who told me they had no such information in their system and if I wanted to get my insulin pump supplies, I needed to call my doctor and insurance so they can start the reorder process. I asked to speak with a Supervisor but unfortunately, it was "a holiday" so nobody was available. I then called three days later and was once again informed they were working on obtaining an authorization but alas, the items had already been delivered on my front porch....the Customer Service rep was flummoxed and kept repeating they were working on getting an authorization, so I once again asked to speak with a Supervisor to address the fact that nobody seems to document progress or conversations but was placed on hold for an extended period of time before being informed no Supervisor was available. Fast forward to 24 hours after I left that message and a Supervisor called me to confirm I received my delivery - no mention of the ongoing failures of her company or complete lack of customer service. Sadly, this is the only vendor with which my insurance works so I'm screwed. I just received a call from a Supervisor who confirmed (1) no documented notes of all prior phone conversations about this order, (2) they just shipped me another order (one that I had cancelled back in October), and (3) they do not communicate with customers, so RUN AWAY from this company as fast as you can - beg your doctors and insurance company to work with ANY OTHER vendor! read more

Send statements to you after claiming they have failed to contact me after making many attempts when they never made a single attempt. Bill you bypassing your healthcare provider and insurance with letters threatening to seek collections and asset recovery. The letter was really nasty and by asset recovery it's their medical devices that you need to sustain your life. The manager in Victorville, looked and dressed like a bar bouncer. Their phone now is answered by a person in India. Their local staff ugh and did not do much to change my view, opinion, of their company nor more importantly did they even try to change my opinion. The bill was not owed and not correct and but they did have the info they needed in their computer, but evidently not their billing person in India. Try getting ahold of a manager when it takes 30 minutes for them to answer the phone. This is the second time in two years they have done this. Somehow I get the impression that this is a one man operation with a couple of employees at computers with zip training in patient care and PR. $$$ read more
