Stance Health Solutions is beyond poor. I am stuck with them under an agreement between my insurance company and them. I use them on occasion for CPAP spare parts. They do not have a system where you can speak with a human. you call in with a question and get a robot. They claim you can leave voicemail and someone will call you in 24 hours. this is a lie. no one calls EVER. you will likely get a text that "your order is being fulfilled." you cannont reply to the text to stop such an order as it is not monitored. you can call, be placed on hold, and talk with a robot. if a miracle happens and you get a human, they can stop an order, or if it has been sent already they tell you that you can refuse the order. if you're like me, it will be left on your doorstep so you cannot refuse the shipment. You then are stuck with copay on that order. the company will send you material if you ask for it or not. copay copay copay for non-orders is their business plan. remember YOU are not the customer. the insurance company is. you are simply the vehicle for them to bill the insurance comapany. and they also enjoy the copay revenue. I used to order my CPAP supplies through Western Drug Medical Supply and had a much better experience. Ever since they merged with Stance Health Care Solutions, the level of service has gone completely downhill. My primary doctor submitted a prescription for a new CPAP machine. When I initially called, a female staff member told me they would get right on it. Every time I followed up, I was told they were "working on it." It ended up taking roughly three months for me to finally receive the machine. Unfortunately, my recent experience ordering replacement supplies has been just as frustrating. The clip on my AirFit F30i full-face mask broke, so I contacted them for a replacement. Almost every time I called, I was sent to voicemail. After waiting approximately 2-3 weeks, I finally received a shipment, but instead of the replacement mask I needed, they sent me a new hose and replacement mouthpiece, The shipment even included paperwork telling me to call or text when I needed additional CPAP supplies. I have left numerous messages and still have not received a return call. Most recently, I finally reached an operator who took another message and assured me someone would get back to me. Once again, no one called back. This isn't just an inconvenience. I rely on my CPAP equipment every night, and because I cannot get the replacement mask I need, my quality of sleep has been affected. The lack of communication, long delays, incorrect supplies, and repeated failure to return calls are unacceptable. At this point, I would rather order my CPAP supplies from Amazon and pay out of pocket than continue waiting weeks for Stance Health Care Solutions to respond. I gave them multiple opportunities to resolve the problem before leaving this review. Unfortunately, the service has been extremely disappointing and unreliable. I can give them one star only because there's no zero stars available. Now it may not be this specific office, but it's Stance Health Solutions in general. The worst customer service on the planet! Despite your doctor sending orders for medical supplies, it's absolutely impossible to reach out and speak to a live person. You can phone call, and leave dozens of messages, reply to their texts, and even access their messaging app (which closes their conversations as soon as they send them, so you cannot reply) and weeks will go by without a return call. I've never experienced the helplessness I feel anywhere else like I do when being forced to deal with this company because it's the only one my insurance contracts with. The only way I was ever able to reach a live person is if I tried to call first thing in the morning at 8 o'clock and was lucky enough to get through and that's only happened twice in many years. Each time I need my supplies, which is every three months I go through this nightmare. It would be fine if it was the same thing every time, but I sometimes need to discuss a minor change and they make it impossible. You know they reach out by sending a text saying "you're due for your Suplies in 10 days to avoid delay delays contact us". There's absolutely no way to do this. read more

As far as the wheelchair department goes, I don't have a problem with three other departments that i'm connected with.This is only about wheelchairs... There's no direct line to call. I have been waiting over a year and a 1 for a wheelchair. They have sent me the wrong wheelchair 3 times what the wrong measurements part's missing. And he says that my son orthopedically can't even sit in this wheelchair, because it's not correct for his scoliosis.No answer they keep saying they're working on it perhaps waiting for parts. October 16, 2025 my Doctor sent a prescription for CPAP and mask. My doctor informed me that Stance will contact me. As I did not receive any contact from Stance I had to call the customers service for follow up. This was the most disappointing experience I have ever had. After almost one month of absurd discussions with customers service with NO results I hade to ask my doctor to send the prescription to another supplier. Thankfully he did. It seems as if they will go out of their way to make sure you do NOT get your prescribed equipment in any reasonable amount of time. You will need this as the next operator is sure to be oblivious to any progress previously made on your account. I called to comfirm my shipment of supplies, they confirmed it would be shipped on a certain date, two weeks after that date I call again and my supply order was cancelled because they could not reach me, because the TEXTED MY LAND LINE, even though I have old them on numerous occasions that I do not have a celll phone. I finally got a list from one nurse and ordered items from Amazon so the urses would have supplies. The do not answer the phone. Messages left are not responded to.
