I have had the exact opposite experience with Dr. Tsai. I am able to get appointments quickly, he never rushes, and in fact often takes the time to dig a little deeper to make sure all my issues are thoroughly addressed. I genuinely appreciate his approach to healthcare and finally feel like I have a doctor who cares.

When I was admitted to the ER, they were shocked that as my PCP, he didn't prescribe ANY medication earlier to prevent my condition from getting worse. Through what I learned at the ER, I realized how improperly I was cared for. A few days before going to the ER, Dr. Tsai just told me to take something over the counter. He constantly brushed off my concerns. If I was cared for properly, I wouldn't have had to go through the ER and go through the pain I am going through every day from a condition that could have 100% been prevented. Through almost a year of working with him, Dr Tsai never informed me or conducted preventative care appropriately. When I signed up for his service, he stated that he was "pretty much always available." I trusted him, but this turned out to be far from true. I would try to contact him through the member portal and hope for a response from him. Sometimes I would have to message and follow up more than once to get a response. He doesn't have a proper scheduling system or calendar, so you need to call repeatedly and leave voicemails and just hope that he will return your inquiry. It was a ton of playing phone tag and inability to reach him or schedule appointments to follow up. Please do yourself a favor and keep searching for a different doctor. Update: I reached out to Dr Tsai directly to express these sentiments, but he never responded. It was through this constant negligence and lack of communication that prompted me to feel obligated to warn other people looking for care. He didn't respond to me, but he responded immediately to this Yelp review. It's really sad to see a doctor trying prioritizing a business Yelp review or the impact he had on his own patient.

While on the way, I called to inform them I would be about 5 minutes late, but I was told I had no appointment and that the doctor was not accepting new patients, despite the fact that I had already been scheduled and selected under my insurance. I want to mention that the office itself was clean, quiet, and well organized. There were two receptionists present, and both of them were respectful, kind, and did their best to assist us professionally. After insisting, I was told to come in. My father was in a wheelchair, weak and confused, and needed care. Unfortunately, Dr. Sheidaei's behavior was very unprofessional. He appeared impatient, dismissive, and spoke to us in a disrespectful manner. He also stated that he does not accept Medi-Cal patients, which was confusing given the prior confirmation. What was most upsetting was the tone and attitude we received during such a vulnerable moment. Instead of compassion, we felt judged and unwelcome. When I asked if he could also see my mother in the future, he responded in a very inappropriate and humiliating way, saying in a threatening tone that I should "not push things" or he might refuse to see my father as well. Okay, so I have had several sinus issues and sinus surgeries over the years to address chronic…read moresinusitis. The ENT who was treating me had concerns about doing any further work and couldn't quite pinpoint the reason for recurring sinusitis (as seen by CT). That ENT was great because they knew they were at their limit of expertise and recommended Bhandarkar to review and take any further action. In Dr. Bhandarkar's office, they have an endoscopy machine, and he's extremely adept at using it. He can instantly look into your sinuses and visually see what is occurring with no discomfort. Usually, when I've had in-office endoscopies of my sinuses, there's some pain, maybe even bleeding afterward. No issues of pain or discomfort at all. He'll show you and explain what he's seeing, so you know what's going on. Unfortunately, there were some issues with my prior sinus surgery, so I needed to have revision surgery. They did an outstanding job of working with me and my insurance to be sure everything was adequately pre-approved with my insurance. The results of the revision surgery were exceptional. I don't get the severity of the sinus issues I previously had. I'm able to exercise a lot better now that I can breathe a lot better, as well.

I only go here because it's one of the few places our insurance will send us. I never understood the entitlement behavior of those in the medical field. You are not better than me because you work for a dr. Spare me. Kindness is free and Christian and Tenasha thrive on being rude and causing pain to others.
