This place was recommended to me by my Verizon store. I dropped my LG V20 cell phone and the screen detached from the phone. I called SSR and the phone barely rang twice before it was answered. Angelo told me they could have a tech out in 1 hour SAME DAY to fix my phone and sure enough 1 hour later a tech showed up! He took my phone to his van to work on it safely and 30 minutes later I had my phone back. A little while later I realized that was phone was acting slightly off, so I called SSR back. They told me it was no problem at all, they would add me to their queue and the tech would be right back. The tech came back, apologized profusely, and fixed my screen again. (Turns out it was just slightly off centered). This time, he stayed to go over the phone with me to make sure it was working correctly before he left again. These guys have GREAT customer service and are very knowledgeable about phones! It wasn't crazy expensive either; and they have great hours that are open late so I didn't have to go without a cell phone. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone with cell phone screen problems. read more

If you want to save money, then have to pay more money to fix this guys problem, then use him. Once he's done "repairing" your phone, he will be completely unresponsive to helping you. I've told him that the "Non-Apple" products he's using are causing problems with my phone, and he completely denies the accusations, and says it's a previous problem that has nothing to do with him. 1 day after replacing my battery, my phone started to have issues and when I tried to tell him, he either ignores my texts, or tells me it's a software issue. The battery he replaces your phone with are "Non-Apple", causes your phone to glitch, and the battery life is terrible. It's not a coincidence that I've never had these problems until the day after he opened my phone. Spend the extra few dollars, and go to Apple, and you won't have to deal with this headache. read more

Angelo is such a dishonest person. I hope none of you believe these fake 5 star reviews that obviously sound like a script for an infomercial. Once he is done with you, he will be completely unhelpful. He does not care about you as a costumer and will prove to you how shady he is when you reach out for help and he tells you that it's not his fault, and he's never had an unsatisfied customer. Right. He even goes as far to tell you that you are the problem and there is no way it's him. He is your typical salesman that gets your money, and then ignores you once he's done with you by not answering your calls. Came to my house right on schedule and the repair took no more than 30 minutes. Super cheap compared to my other options and the job was well done. Color matched the original screen, worked pretty well--couldn't even tell the difference. You can see the damage amd know my phone was totally useless. But it's practically brand new now! read more
