We had gurgling…read morein our bathtub every time we flushed our toilet and when we ran our washing machine, when it was spinning the water would back up in our wash tub and our kitchen sink would gurgle. We had one plumber come out and do a diagnostic test and told us that the flute on top of our house was clogged but his company didn't go on the roof and we would need another plumber and he didn't charge us for a service call and diagnostic test . We called this company . They came out, had us run the washing machine and flush the toilet. They took a cap off the vent in our kitchen sink and opened up the cap on the sewer drain and said the water was flowing fine. They said they didn't think it was the flute on the roof. They charged us $39 for a service call and $153 for the diagnostic test . They never told us there was a charge for diagnostic test. They never wrote us a bill or gave us a receipt. They told us that they didn't know what he problem was and left leaving us to call another plumber after just paying them a$192. They offered to give us a $50 credit if they came back out to fix it. Why, as a plumbing company, could they not fix a problem that a customer can't fix? Why would we trust them to come back out and try to fix the problem they couldn't figure out to begin with. And, 2 plumbers from this company came out together. 2 and they couldn't figure out the problem saying that they didn't believe it was the flute. I think this is disgraceful!! I would not ever call this company again!!! Poor, poor service!!!
