Had my tractor worked…read moreon for a couple issues under warranty, they fixed them but never called me when it was completed. found out they completed them the first week it was there. After more than 2 months I called them asking when they would be done as I had not heard anything, the manager said it was done the first week it was in the shop. Great service?????, NOT. I get there to pickup tractor and the service department can't even find the original service ticket, which was filled out the day I dropped of the tractor, they then asked to tell them what they did to the tractor so they could write a new ticket. Told them what was on the original ticket, they said they would email me a copy, still waiting on that several months later.

Well, the deal changed by $149 and exceeded my limit. Kermit denied what he said on the phone. It wasn't really the money as much as the disrespect. I guess it makes a difference when the owner is not on site. In fairness he sent a text offering to accept a check for the original amount if I would come back. I already spent 3 hours on this, so I countered I would have a check ready if he delivered. No answer..... I'll include my original review from my previous visits below. Awesome Yanmar dealer. Carries Husqvarna too. Just used the service department. Just as awesome as Sales and Parts. Sad how things change.

The Tulsa Holland Mechanic / warranty manufacturer for troy built receive the Troy Bilt Lawn Mower unit and then informed a test will be made **Note there is a hidden diagnostic fee** from Tulsa New Holland also take precaution make sure to take pictures of the lawn unit and don't remove any items off the unit because it would possibly be used against your manufactory warranty. In this case the old air filter was removed upon trying to start the unit before returning to Tulsa Holland Troy Bilt Manufacturer warranty store. The Mechanic implied the lawn mower equipment was used with out an air filter from the previous season which was installed by Tractor Supply. The warranty Mechanic voided the warranty but the sale service agent of the store did implied they were willing to do business.

I have had warranty work done on one of our yard tractors. They advised me they could come by and…read morepick up our tractor which was very convenient. I was advised I needed a new deck and the warranty would cover everything. I had my tractor back within 2 weeks due to the deck needed to be ordered in. The shop did a great job and you can tell they take great pride in their work. We have ordered parts for other equipment and the parts employees are very helpful and know what is needed for us to fix our equipment. This location has plenty of items from chainsaws,weedeater,leaf blowers,riding mowers and large farm tractors. Best advise i can give you is always buy extra warranty it will pay for itself.
