I have called him up and asked for more and more tests, and despite George making it clear that the tests were not needed he would run them for me (they always come back negative per George's prediction). I truly believe that George cares about more than just making money, he cares about his customers and their concerns. Living in an old house I will occasionally come across something that concerns me, and George is always there to help me overcome my fears and set my troubled mind at ease. He also offered that Xcel was offering a rebate for some of the work we needed down and they would file all the paperwork for it. He was on time, personable and professional and the bid was reasonable and fair. We had the work done and the crew that did the work was on time, efficient, did an excellent clean up after the work was done. They did file the rebate and we received it in the time Xcel said it would take to receive it. It's rare these days to find a business that is honest, timely and fair with respectful crews but Houle Insulation was all of that and more. I would HIGHLY recommend them and in all honesty I am a hard to please customer because I won't "settle" for less than I expect. These guys are good. Because they are good they are busy so just know it may take a little longer to get scheduled but the wait is worth it! We have noticed a huge difference this winter.
