In addition the equipment I rented wasnt in the best of condition, a safety disengage switch on it kept falling off. I of course didnt go for the service but was kinda thinking at a little town hardware store there would be a bit more southern hospitality. Regardless, the process for getting and returning the equipment was easy enough so I'd certainly rent from them again.

They have every type of bolt, screw, automotive body panel fasteners - both stainless steel and galvanized; electrical connectors; some tools - both Milwaukee & Dewalt. Monday-Friday hours. Like I said, no poorly made garbage here, though they're priced in line with what you'd pay at the big box stores.

Then went I went there he said she should of charge $25.00. He would not honor their work and I did not get a refund. For some reason only one lock was rekey. He said no one was there to do it so leave the locks and they will key them. He said it would be $50.00. He called me back and again on the phone he said $50.00 for both. When I got there to pick up the locks he says I am going to give you a discount and it will cost you $70.00. What happen to the $50.00 charge? I am already out $21.00. I said what happen to the $50.00 charge. I did not argue with him and paid it. We installed the new lock and it would not even work. It would not turn all the way and hard to get the key out. I return the lock to th place I bought it and said this was an espenive lesson $91.65 for something that does not work. I do not even know how they stay in busness when they are not even there half the time. I will not be going back. I would not even have them make a copy of your key. I am sure they would do that wrong as well and they will proably over charge you.

Absolutely no pressure to buy anything at all. As he described each item it was with a passion like he was talking about an old friend! I noted that I hoped they would share with the owner how difficult that makes it to shop when you have children with you. Next thing I know another lady comes around the corner with the owner himself. He offered no apologies, just restated that's the rule. Told me I could carry the baby. I am a small framed woman so toting around a 25 pound baby for any duration would be no easy task. When I expressed that to him he had the audacity to suggest I leave my grandson with the office ladies while I shopped. WHAT!!?? Your solution is for me to leave the baby with strangers!! I informed him that he had most certainly lost my business. He didn't care. Watched me walk right out the door. I will never do business with this place!
