Never had any problems and now has problems. They don't care. What you need It's all about what they need. I'd say it's insurance fraud and criminal. They also said that I was in network, but on further investigation found out they would be hitting me for sixteen thousand dollars.

Nothing was revealed ,A second opinion from this dentists colleague found nothing. Mind you this was close to $2000 worth of dental care. Had a retreat done in New Jersey by a specialist to the tune of about $1700. It was found that the tooth was cracked and needed to come out that was another $1700 now for the implant which was 2800$ for the stud and 2000$ for the tooth. All in all this came from a botched root canal that I had done in this office the money and pain that I have experienced will never be rectified. My advice go to a specialist if you're going to have any dental work done.....

Looked at my X-rays and said "oh you're one of those", wait, what does that mean? He then said your teeth are fine no cavities. He then tried to sell me braces after I explained I had them twice already and was not interested. Not great at all. Second appointment was for my husband, we went in hygienist was great but, The dentist was apparently out for the day. No one called and told us. We had to make another appointment the following week for the dental exam. When we went back the dentist was all over the place. Talking about someone's insurance and medical information in front of us in the waiting room. Well into the appointment time, I asked if he would see us soon as we'd been waiting. They took us back to his room. We went in and he had x-rays up. Started talking about an old filling in my husbands tooth, how it needed to be replaced and he could get the insurance to pay. We looked at each other and knew something was off. When I asked if he was sure, he looked at his screen and said "oh, I have up the wrong X-rays". What? We made it short and left. My son had the third appointment, again hygienist was great. But then when it came time for the exam, the dentist was working on another patient and planned on making us wait there again. After they called and asked us to come in early mind you. We left without seeing the dentist and never plan to go back. What a joke this guy is. I've seen some reviews here which say differently, but that has not been my experience. In fact, 3 or 4 years ago the outer portion of one of my teeth, which had a very old filling inside (which was done long before he was my dentist) fell off while I was eating lunch. I called the office and they agreed to take me in as soon as I could get there. He was able to clean up the area and apply bonding on the tooth which has latest fine to this day.

She is an outstanding oral surgeon. She's very gentile and precise and fully explains what the steps are. I've had several horror stories with a few dentists up here whose names will not be mentioned but research larger practices that have offices in different nearby counties. I called back before the appointment to changed someone put me on hold for several minutes. Called after and the manager with an aptitude didn't even apologize for the mistake, put me on hold for more than 15 minutes to listen the "voicemail" like I was lying. At the end, give me an appointment for the same day but later and hold on me when I was talking. I don't know what kind of people do you have working there specifically as a manager. DO Better.
