When they came, they cleaned only the walls of the house--not the roof, which was clearly in need of cleaning. When I asked about it, I was told that the roof cleaning was a separate service. However, I was never informed of that when I received the original quote. Had I known, I would have chosen to have the roof cleaned instead of the walls. The cleaner said he would send me a quote for the roof with a good discount, but I've never heard back from him. I would not recommend them.

If I had known to take down the ceiling fans and hanging light fixtures before he scraped the old popcorn off the ceiling we would have paid for someone to come out and do that. The value for the job was reasonable considering he's only been doing this for four years. I had to replace the dining room light fixture because there was no way to clean all of the old popcorn out and fine sanding particles of every crease and crevice. I had to replace every ceiling fan in the house because of the same issue. The grout in my tile flooring had the same gunk on the floor. Also, paint droppings.
