The installation crew showed up at the expected time and got to work. They did an excellent job, left no trash behind, and made sure we were completely satisfied. Michelle, the office manager kept us up to date on the financing, warranty and installation. Team showed up and installed the unit, including increasing size of ductwork to meet specs (at no extra charge), in about 5 hours. They were friendly, courteous and kept us informed of their progress. Although the unit is expensive, it seems to be a very good deal when the full 10 year warranty and no interest financing is considered. Gary, the tech, called me and said he was on his way. When he arrived he introduced himself and got right to work. Three hours later a broken sensor tube had been found, repaired, the system evacuated, refilled with refrigerant and the system restored. It was a repair you expect but rarely experience.
