I was amazed not only at how much lint came out, but how much faster my clothes dried after the cleaning. My dryer is now safer and more efficient - the service paid for itself. Additionally, we had gone through an extensive renovation and I was sure my air ducts had to be filled with sawdust. AirWell came in and cleaned them all out in a matter of hours. Just like the dryer, my furnace is now more efficient with better airflow that is resulting in energy savings. Recently my house kept getting cold and thermostat would read 4 degrees below the set temp before the furnace would turn on and when it did, the air flow was weak. So of course I called M&R for service, (Late on a Friday afternoon) . The person who took my call was very pleasant and knowledgeable (Trish). She said she would have someone call me back. Tony B called me right back and asked what was going on, when I explained the symptoms, he thought it might be my Nest thermostat that I had installed a few years ago. I told him I could replace it back to the original thermostat M&R installed 5 yrs ago. He told me to try it and call him back to let him know how it turned out and said they would send their tech out if I ran into problems, or if the fix didn't work. I replaced the Nest thermostat over the weekend and sure enough, it was the Nest giving me the problem. Furnace was immediately back to 100%!... My plan was to get the snow out my driveway monday morning and then call Tony to let him know how things turned out. When I checked my messages, Tony had already called me and left a message asking how things turned out . My opinion is this company is the Real Deal and NOT transactional. There are no repair companies in the area besides Chiodo (who don't seem to be able to get it working) willing to work on this unit and, based on the eror code, the the control board has failed so all I can do is replace it with a new boiler after only 3 years...would not recommend.
