Over the years, I've stayed with this agent and I appreciate they do not over-solicit new policies or coverage after I decline. I feel Allstate provides good rates and service for homeowners and motorcycle coverage.

It came to my attention that my "income stream" Had been purchased by Jeff Case without any advance notice. Apparently as a client, I can be sold ..w.t.f. I also discovered that even if I found a new agent to service my loan , Jeff Case would continue to get the commissions from my business since he "bought me". The new agent would service me for free. I'm not o.k. with that. I found out that I could have the commissions from my business transferred to an Allstate agent of my choice but Jeff, would have to sign off on the transfer. Allstate corporate told him I wanted my commissions transferred , He declined the option. I have the email from Allstate in my possession explaining that. I am shopping for a new insurance agency.
