When scheduling they did advise us if something more urgent like a tree on a house or power outages occurred those would take precedence over us, which I appreciate. They were quick with their work and cleaned up all of the debris from the tree. Rates are reasonable considering the size of the tree and the number of crew members they had to use to clean it up.

"B-grade pine straw can be any pine straw that has not been thoroughly cleaned. It might contain other leaves, sticks, pine cones, and other materials." And the pine straw here is LOADED with sticks, pine cones, and chunks of tree. The day help they hired didn't put enough pine straw down, it has been patchy and bare since application, they didn't pick any of the large visible debris out, they did NOT blow the pine straw completely & clearly into the landscaping areas, it's flowing INTO the lawns and now, weeks later, there is no separation between lawn and pinestraw and there's grass and weeds growing IN the pine straw. IT LOOKS TERRIBLE!!! Employees do not edge the area between pine straw and lawn as every single landscaper before them has done. How much time and money will now be spent reestablishing the separation between landscaping and lawn??!!!!! - They park their vehicle & trailer on a street across from driveways making it difficult for residents to come and go. Every single landscaper before them parked in areas of the community where there aren't driveways (Oliver). Absolutely thoughtless! - They are in and out of our community in record speed. - They miss very visible patches of grass when they mow. - They leave clumps of dead grass in the lawns which suffocates and kills area of lawn. - NO WEED CONTROL, there are weeds growing IN the street, IN the sidewalks, IN the driveways! Come on!!!! - They do a terrible job edging. - They do a half-a** job blowing. When you weed eat and blow all sorts of debris onto siding and fencing... blow it off! The quality of job done here in this community is simply unacceptable!

They arrived when they said they would and got to it. I informed him of the invisible fence wiring and he took care not to damage it. After the job was done they cleaned up so well my yard looked better than it did before they started. While they were here a couple of neighbors asked him if he'd do some quick things and he didn't hesitate. Not only does Jacob's Total Home Care do great work but Mardy seems to be a pretty good guy.
