After they diagnosed it I was told it was the transmission. Had them start to replace the transmission then received a call to come in. Got there and they showed me a pan that had oil and chunks of metal in it and they told me the Transfer case is bad also. SOB, I KNEW IT!!! Transmission was probably fine. So now, both got replaced. Another issue.... While removing the turbo intake tube, it somehow broke. I was told it was broken before and someone glued it, but I examined it and I know what a stretched plastic break looks like, that's exactly what happened to it during removal. Then they tried to charge me $350 for a new one. I wasn't happy, but I obtained one from Lakeland Ford for $175 and they installed it. Fast forward, literally 3 days after I took possession of my vehicle and out of the blue, my front driver side CV axle is spraying grease all over the inside of my wheel. Please keep in mind that the ONLY issue I was having with my vehicle was a surge between 35-50 mph. No leaks of any kind. Once they touched my vehicle, I started having these issues. Just one more reason I try and do all my own work. I WILL NOT go back to them, unless it's under the warranty and I WILL NOT recommend them to ANYONE!

There were four of us ladies traveling together, and we were understandably a little stressed and unsure of what to do. I called Crestview Tire & Wheel Shop to see if they could help me find a tire for my truck. Although they didn't have one in stock, they went above and beyond and ordered the tire for us to be there first thing the very next morning at 7:00 a.m. That kind of service and willingness to help meant so much to us. AAA towed my truck to their shop, and while we waited for our Uber, the staff was incredibly thoughtful and kind enough to let all four of us stay inside their building. They made us feel safe, comfortable, and welcome rather than like we were inconveniencing them. Getting a quote for $160 just to return the next day after service has been performed to learn that the price has now DOUBLED is foul and this tire shop has lost my business. I would recommend looking else where for a tire shop or get your quote in writing so you can truly hold them accountable. I will update this review if my unaccounted for $160 ever comes back to my bank account.

The service that I just had was to replace all of my Ignition Coils and Sparkplugs. They even put an additive in my Transmission Converter "just in case" at no charge. I had had my tranny fluid changed a few months ago and I mentioned a shudder under fast acceleration. They addressed the two possibilities. The Coils and Plugs were original to 2001 but had only 70,000 miles of wear on them. I made the decision it was time to update the parts to new. Much smoother ride and no more shudder.
