One employee was rude and hogged up two parking spaces and turned her head, gave me the hand and said "I'm not talking to you" when I asked her why she did that. I asked Dominique to take care of us since the other girl was so rude. She rang up our order and I asked about my referral. She said that it was already rung up and she couldn't fix it. I asked for a manager and ensured her that the manager could fix it. She said no. As soon as I got into my car I called the corporate office who connected me back with the manager Lisa who DID give me my 20% off. I also told them that I would be coming back to get my free pair of sunglasses that comes with a referral. When we got there I told the manager Lisa that I thought it was unfortunate that I had to go to the lengths of calling corporate to get this made right. No apology from any of them. Not even the manager. I felt like the $400 I spent was not appreciated and they treated me an inconvenience. So my adventure started with a poor young lady who you could tell had very little if any training on the tests that were performed prior to the exam .She had to repeat them several times .Then another employee stepped in to complete the exams.My confidence at that point was waning that the pre exam testing was actually accurate.Them I was placed in a room for a virtual exam.The technician could not get the results to the online optometrist.She had to manually enter them in a chat box.So now let's turn to the optometrist.The poor guy was in maybe Mexico.And to beat the band he had some kind of a speech impediment.I'm not judging but I could not understand what he was saying half of the time .Not sure on the accuracy.After the exam was completed.Was was told to go to the front and someone would be with me .While I was walking around for several minutes.I overheard a technician who seemed to be the manager helping a gentleman.She told him his quote was 1100.00 dollars .When he questioned the amount somehow it went down to 400 bucks.After the gentleman left I overheard the manager telling another technician what you do is to start the high and roll back the amount if they question.Are they selling glasses or selling used cars .Clearly this establishment has a poor company mission statement.They clearly have a management issue .Poorly trained employees are a reflection of management. I just walked out as fast as I could.I will be making an an appointment with a real eye physician for a competent eye exam .I would stay the heck away from Stanton eye read more

Went in on Saturday afternoon. Making an appointment was super easy online. I was greeted and brought back immediately when I walked in. Exceptional customer service! I was going to pay more rather than look up my VSP benefits, but they did it for me. Everyone was super helpful and guided me to what I actually needed without getting what I didn't. After waiting an entire month for my prescription contacts- I received an email that they were at the store . After getting home, I realized I had one package of contacts with two right eyes!! Furious!!! I called the store asked for a manager who says their supplier sometimes sends one eye first, and that the other may be delivered another day!! Who can wear just 1 freakin contact???? Find another place! Multiple trips and they still can't get the prescription right. Nothing about this place is cheap except the service provided. There is no optometrist and the equipment is obviously not correct. Buy one get one wasn't given. No reason why. Seems they try to slip things through. read more

Don't expect to call and get someone at the location, you will get someone in a call center in apparently another country. After giving them the information to look up the status of my order, they finally transferred me to the store. There I had to go through two other people to be told that my glasses were being packaged up to be shipped, and they would be here in a couple of days. They "think" they are coming from Dallas. I told them that I was told that a couple of days ago. It should not take 3 weeks to get glasses. This has been a nightmare from the beginning. When we first ordered the glasses, they priced them with my insurance at a little over $900 with over $500 of that being out of pocket. When we complained and asked what it would be without insurance, it magically came out to just over $400 total. That is ridiculous! We would not have known to question it, but my boyfriend had just got his here and paid out of pocket. Due to the constant runaround and them not following through with what they said they would do, we have cancelled my order. read more

Paid over $300 for a 24 pack of contacts! Didn't tell me they were bi weekly and wasn't told anything about the contacts!! I suggest not to get contacts from them ever!!
