There are two floors, both sprawling. I could get lost in here for hours. My toddler went wild for the vintage Hot Wheels and other cars (back when they were solidly constructed of weighty, real metal) so of course we had to buy a few. We were there just as the winter holidays were gearing up, and the owner was so nice and didn't charge us for the Christmas ornament. We started a tradition of each family member having a special ornament every year and this was the kiddo's.

I was in with a friend looking around. There was a good variety of items and the prices weren't…read moreunreasonable. However, after choosing an ornament an employee/volunteer (unsure) offered to take the ornament to the counter and wrap it. I walked around a few more minutes while my friend browsed and then I returned to the counter to pay. I paid in cash and left with my bag. When I returned home I opened the ornament and found the nose of the dog was completely shattered. It had not been broken when I handed it to the woman to take to the counter. I'd like to think they wouldn't have broken an ornament and then wrapped it, but perhaps when it was being wrapped the delicate piece crunched. Luckily it wasn't terribly expensive, but to pay any amount only to go home with a broken surprise doesn't feel good. Word of advice: carry your own items to the counter and inspect carefully when having it wrapped
