I had to chase him down through Chamber of Commerce staff. 3. Kept my laptop, wouldn't return my calls even though I told him I was moving out of state. 4. Contacted him asking him to return my laptop and he promised he would. His promise was made in October 2019 and it is now mid-February and I still don't have my laptop and I will probably never see it again. I would wager that he has sold it for parts by now. 5. Very unprofessional and full of excuses with absolutely no follow through. He is condescending, egotistical and rude.

Previously we purchased a very nice Cat Napper motorized recliner from them and love it. It has been a few years and we wanted to purchase another one. Don reviewed my previous purchase and said he would order another for us. That it would arrive in September of 2021. He would charge my credit card for half of the purchase price. The first week of September I phoned and spoke with two sales people. First call I was talking with the 4 story building sales. She directed me to the two story store. I phoned the two story store and spoke with a nice gal. She asked if I could provide the name of the sales person I spoke with and the date. I had that on my cork board and when I arrived home I phoned her back and shared the information. I called back and shared the date and the name of Don, she could not find anything in their records. I was not charged for half of the price on the order date of 4/10/21. She said she would have Don call me the next day. I waited two weeks then went online and ordered the Cat Napper Recliner and a Cat Napper Sofa. It is rather confusing that this was not taken care of. One would think that they want to do business, but apparently not.
