His actions were simply and honest and resulted in me spending several hundred dollars do him helping me save money on a printer instead of trying to up sell me once. When we walked into the store we were not greeted by anyone we sat at a table expecting 1 of the 4 employees to come greet us that never happened. The manager and 2 employees were to occupied with what ever he had on his laptop the 4th employee was with a customer. When I decided to leave I walked over to them and asked if there was another store that could help me since they were ignoring me and instead of asking what I needed they told me where another store was. I have been a customer of att since 1992 and have spent a lot of money on your products to be treated the way we were. I will be canceling all of my lines thru your company and will go to a company that values there customers.
