Abysmal service. No one working the copy center until 4 pm. Even the manager, Anthony Gomez, couldn't help. We drove down to Alamogordo from Alto to get a copy made of a large pattern for a project my husband was working on. I picked up a few office supplies, paid for them and had to remind the cashier to give me part of my purchase. Guess we will go to Office Max in Roswell. Good luck staying in business! read more

I needed a desk and chair. Found one..then I found a book shelf. Loved all of them---untill: Went up front to pay. Asked for bubble wrap for the GLASS I had to carry home. Get this...they don't have any and don't do that I laughed...Really??? I spend $200.00+ dollars and you don't have a way to get my glass home safely??? I then pointed out, see the picture, of bubble wrap for sale...the staff had no answer--uh, um, gee, uh.. On the way in there is a big sign: NOW HIRING---I can see why...think on your feet make the transaction easy..solve the problem. Note: the staff was very helpful and nice. They do a good job, I think their hands are tied by policy...good job all.. read more

This Staples has a very good selection of traditional office supplies, as well as some furniture and a good technology section (cables, routers, cell phone accessories, computer peripherals, printers, ink and toner cartridges). Prices are reasonable. On the down side, the staff are not very knowledgeable, and if you don't know exactly what you need you may have trouble. Checkout is hit or miss, where you may get checked out immediately if you are lucky or may have to wait 5 or 10 minutes while the person in front of you is handling some complicated transaction. They usually try to upsell you on something in the process, but are not very aggressive. There's usually only one checker. I have not used the printing services, but I have heard from several other people that they are very good: speedy, high quality, and reasonably priced. read more

I dropped it off and picked it up next day - no problems, very professional service to myself and others who were dropping off or picking up at the same time. After picking my suit up next day, I noticed when packing it for my flight some holes in the fabric. So why the five star review? Maurice and Teresa (the owners), and their staff, handled me bringing the suit back very professionally. They took my suit, and as soon as Maurice and Teresa got in, they gave me a call and invited me back to the shop to look at it and discuss together. They gave me their opinion and presented evidence that considering the fabric type (100% wool) and nature of the damage, that this was most likely the result of moth larvae. They offered me a means to test if I did not believe this, and to compensate if this was not proven wrong. Maurice also gave advice on how to store and care for wool fabrics to prevent this in the future. The manner they went about this was very courteous professional and earnest. I later verified their claims through my own research online, and it appears to be a common issue. I am a firm believer that you can test the quality of a team by how they handle and respond to problems. In this case I was impressed throughout the services performed and the response to the problem, and while I am not staying in town long enough to make regular use of their services, I would trust them enough to come back again.
