    First, I'd like to say that the information on this page is currently inaccurate. The owner of…read moreDixonPhoneDr is no longer Kenneth Hibbard. The name got bought by a man named Jake Adams, who is the current business owner. I originally had this place as a 2 star review, but after dealing with the current owner, Jake Adams, after I made my review, I marked it down to 1. He took my review off facebook and blocked me from it, so the only place I can remark on his outstandingly horrible customer service and professionalism is here on Yelp! I even left a 1 star review on another account, and he got it removed because "we had never had business together". He does this maintain a good appearance. In a nutshell, Jake Adams is very incompetent as a business owner & incredibly rude. He failed to fix my phone, and in the end, I had to order an all new one although he claims my phone was in perfect working order after he fixed my screen. Yes, he fixed my screen, but badly. It was flaking and coming off. I could fit my nail under it, and he completely ruined my camera lens where all my photos were foggy or had black specks of debris over them. His work is subpar for the prices he has and the time it takes to fix them. After the bad review, he also texted my mother, for some reason thinking her number was mine. I used her phone once to contact him and tell him I was going to pick up my phone. So after I had blocked him on facebook, he started to text her, and she kept saying she didnt know who he was, and he kept insisting she knew who he was and that he had a list and "she was on it". Who does that? Here are screenshots detailing my experience with the DIxonPhoneDr. It includes my original review and private messages he sent me after I reviewed his business, plus photos of his work on my phone. Jake the fake should be his name…read more He replaced an IPhone 7 screen with a cheap one he later admitted he got off amazon, when it was picked up it wouldn't hold a charge. He then stated he would replace the battery and charged more. After weeks off having the phone it was obvious he wasn't going to fix it. I took it to a PROFESSIONAL and was told the cheap screen he replaced it with was causing the battery not to charge. When it was actually replaced correctly with the proper equipment found out he damaged the front camera. Ended up paying way more to fix the initial problem plus the ones he caused. He refused to refund!!!!

Update The owner or I'm assuming owner's husband since the website says it's locally female owned did reach out but basically from his emails admitted to not doing what he usually does to repair the screen in the first place and took a shortcut because they didn't have what they usually get in stock also he gave me my phone back the same exact day that he put the new screen on and from what I've read online you're supposed to let a phone sit for 24 to 48 hours so the adhesive can set properly and again blamed a bench frame on something I did when I could see Mark's on the side of my phone that weren't there before I took it to him like they were having trouble getting the old screen out and been at themselves I requested a refund of at least the cost besides the screen since yes my screen is intact but coming up out of the phone with light coming out from all around the sides of it so therefore it's not properly functioning it's supposed to sit down in the phone I'm just not comfortable letting them touch my phone again there's no miscommunication when I went in there the first time no mention of making it right was ever discussed The only thing talked about was how I must have did something to it it was fine when they gave it to me and I would have to pay more money even though it included a warranty I was not contacting until after I posted a negative review I honestly wish I would have read the reviews before I went there
