When I went back the next day to ask about it, I was told it wasn't there. I was hoping for a little help checking around or confirming, but the manager was not very willing to assist and even stopped the team from helping me look. I'm sharing this so others remember to double-check their belongings before leaving. I really hope the customer service improves, because a little understanding and support would have made a big difference.

They were very prompt in answering questions, the repair work and the time it took to repair. I would like to commend the manager Leo Mia and his team of experts. Brandon Hempel, Tim Lister and Steve Koves, for their professionalism, customer service and knowledge. It makes wanting to go back there for any of my needs a pleasure. Even while I was waiting for last minute changes, other asscociates approached me to make sure I was taken care of. If your company has not yet or plan on going on Undercover Boss, i recommend going to Milton Ont for the episode. I'm sure those gentleman will be able to show you the ropes with no problem. At the till I noticed a $13 price variance in a product I most needed to complete my purchase. I told the cashier I would grab the tag and show him the entire shelf was marked as so. He asked a colleague who was aware of the incorrect signage. I asked for a price adjustment or to speak to a manager. Turns out his colleague WAS the manager, was aware it was labelled incorrectly, hadn't fixed the problem and denied the ajustment. I had been looking forward to this shopping experience. Instead I left with out my products and a sour taste in my mouth. I will not be returning.

Before and after the holidays, seasonal decor is massively discounted. I bought my Christmas stuff for like 75% off. Most of the the staff here is lovely as well, I've only had positive experiences with the cashiers who will try to get you the best deals.

We came on the Sunday before we left, and the store didn't open until 11:00am, but there were already door crashers waiting to go inside. I had been to a Len's Mill store previously when I had lived in London, and it was alright, nothing too special. It's more of a big warehouse looking store and sells a bit of everything. While my mom was looking through the fabrics, I ended up walking around, they had a bunch of clothing items, craft supplies, bedding, kitchen and bathroom decor. They had a lot of snacks at the cash register too. I ended up getting some pretzel snacks and some candy. Overall, this store is a unique store with many different items. Although this store isn't the cleanest, or most organized, but you can certainly find some treasures. Unfortunately, we don't have a location in Windsor, maybe one day.
