The staff and manager could not help me while the owner was on vacation and I was informed that the company would contact me after he returned BUT No PHONE CALL NOTHING so disappointing and just bad business. Yes, they are friendly when you purchase and even when you have a problem BUT what is the point when no one seems to understand especially when you are in need of what they promised you would work I have spent 239 plus 25 for transfer of files for one computer and 175 plus 50 for another refurbished computer not to mention the WiFi card that I had to purchase when the computer (when I brought it home and realized there was NO WiFi card in it, that would have been helpful to know) I am sure NOW I will get a call or maybe not because I see that they like the positive reviews that the owner pointed and mentioned repeatedly to me. I would give them a no star rating because they deserve it! AFTER MANY MANY TRIPS TO THE OFFICE IN STANTON I am still a DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER WITH NO SOLUTION. I guess my next step is the Better business bureau and visit the local chamber to take the next step in this utter disaster!!! LOOK for another solution the discounted prices are NO BARGAIN BEWARE!

    They stole parts out of my phone! They are scammers! I got my iPhone screen replaced from here…read morebecause I saw a Groupon online for this store. I should have known that it would be a scam. First of all they gave me a black screen when I had a gold iPhone with a white screen. A week after I got my screen replaced the picture displayed was not clear and was distorted. The could not see pictures clearly and the I called them after my screen was replaced and asked to get a white screen. I called them multiple times and they would give me different days to come in and when I would call the day off they would not pick up the phone and would give me the run around. I've left countless voicemails and when I finally stopped by the store they were shut down! These people did not install my screen properly and they are scammers. I went to a different place to get my screen fixed and they showed me what was missing from my phone that was stolen from TCB electronics. Don't bother wasting your money here when you'll have to spend money elsewhere to get it fixed!

I saw a Groupon that cost $59 for $99 of repairs. All it said was repairs (nothing about screens). I messaged the company and asked for a quote on battery replacement and port repair. I was told $50 for each one. With my Groupon it would cover the repairs. I sat in traffic and drove 30 minutes out of my way to get there. When I arrived first I was told there were no batteries in stock. Then the person who was helping me called his partner. Next I was told I could not use the Groupon for the repairs. That the Groupon was only good for screen repairs. Really? You could have told me that when I was messaging you and set the appointment. Or you could have made it clear on the Groupon. And $50 for a battery? A major office supply chain and a repair shop at the Christiana Mall charge $40. If you accepted the groupon (which was advertised for repairs) you would have been competitive. Now you are priced 20% higher, you are not in a good location (not well labeled) and i doubt you will be in business 6 months from now. I will take my business elsewhere and never return. This is no way to treat customers when you are trying to build or save your business.

I took it somewhere else and it took them 1 min to scan and accept my package, and I wasn't ' harassed. I guess she was upset I interrupted her meal. The website sent me a prepaid label for free return shipping with UPS. The box was too large to stick in the UPS drop boxes so I got on the website and found this awful place as an authorized drop spot. The man working (the owner?) was so rude and nasty. He lectured me about stealing money from him by using a prepaid label. Said I was driving him out of business. So I was supposed to throw out my free shipping and pay him to ship it for me?! I don't get it. If UPS isn't reimbursing you to be a drop off maybe reconsider the choice to offer that service. And no offense but if there wasn't free shipping I would have gone to the post office, not some over priced shady shipping business in a terrible strip mall where the homeless congregate. No idea why I needed a lecture about his failing business for using a prepaid label sent from the recipient. He gave me this flyer and threw my box in the back. (See attached photo). Tip to the owner: maybe consider changing your services to align with a changing online marketplace. And when you do get a customer don't be so nasty. I couldn't wait to get out of there and I certainly won't take any of my other shipping business there. As I was waiting I took notice of some of your shipping supply costs and printing for large photos and was considering a large project for later this year for my business but ill never be back.
