We stopped in regarding having a print job done. We were in the print area for 10 minutes and were never approached to ask if we could be assisted. It would have been a fairly substantial order had they shown the slightest interest. As we were leaving I found both employees sitting at the register texting and chatting amongst themselves. I made them aware of the lost sale and I received a Luke warm "sorry" from the male. The second employee could not be bothered to put her phone down to acknowledge me. Disgraceful conduct. I like to support local businesses when I can. However, part of the problem is that local businesses simply aren't competitive. I went to Staples to get 110 pound white card stock. This is a absolute basic item you would expect to find it in the office supply store, and they were completely out.then I tried to pick up a USB-C charging cable and they had them, but at prices that were just not competitive. Stopped in to Staples in Frankfort while visiting family from out of town. We bought some printer paper. While there, we found the store to be disorganized, with inventory in wrong places and bins in shambles. Further, the checkout area with the document printers was very piled up in various corners and the carpet needed an obvious vacuuming. Worst, we took advantage of the public restrooms: the ladies room had no TP and no hand drying towels - the men's room was filthy. The toilet and urinal and hand sink were badly soiled. The floor was nasty and appeared to not have been mopped in years. The trash was overflowing and used towels and TP were laying over the entire floor. Obviously there is no management there that cares about cleanliness or keeping the place organized. Sorry for you and your customers. read more

If I could give this a zero star rating, I would. My first (and ONLY) trip to this store was a complete disaster. I was looking for some speakers for my computer and was told to check there. That turned into a nightmare. Instead of having a designated check-out, that was willy-nilly. No help was offered. After I found my speakers, I went from pillar to post trying to check out. No help. After a 40-minute wait, I put the speakers down and left. How anyone there is still employed is beyond me. I wasn't familiar with the store and when I asked where could I find the speakers, all I got was dumb looks and blank stares. NEVER again. read more

The gentlemen in the print department was very kind hearted to my wife and I. We've been having some technology issues at home and needed some items printed before our daughter's high school graduation. Thanks to Aaron, we were able to get everything done just in time. Aaron from the printing department was great. It started off with a warm greeting as I come up to get a few things printed off. I told him what I needed, and he started going at it.
