    I had some packages that I had to quickly get mailed to New York. It was very nice to have a smiling face at the counter to assist me in getting my devices sent out. Very unlike other federally funded postal service locations! I didn't know what size boxes to bring so I had to employee assist me in finding just the right sizes and he was able to keep my shipping fees very low. In fact he price checked for me all services and gave me their respective quotes. That kind of service makes me feel good about my money and that my packages are secure. I'll be shipping from here from now on!

    I visited this UPS Store at 420pm on December 6, 2018. I needed to print out a 344 page Law Book…read more There were a couple employees there and I was quickly taken care of. The place was very clean. I was quoted $35 dollars to print the booklet, have it hole punched, and placed into a binder. Sweet!! Total cost was 29.18 Total time spent: about 30 minutes. Excellent job UPS Store. Quick, friendly, and reasonably priced. I will be bringing my printing needs to you in the future. Jim W

    The situation- customer here was overcharged with two separate chances to fix they kept the money…read morein the end. Sort of long but franchisee needs to know how they made a customer feel embarrassed, taken advantage of then dismissed. I had purchased a box from them and paid shipping for my item, debit card run through but a few minutes later noticed a spelling error in the address. I had made an error on a street abbreviation. I told them, apologized myself for the mispell and in order to fix it though they said they needed to recharge me to print a new sticker for tracking number,and would do a refund for the full amount then recharge the card the "easiest way" the new amount. Ok I agreed. I guess that's correct way to do it. However, all I saw on one of several receipts was a partial amount charge back, then they recharged me the new full amount. The employee by doing this overcharged me by around ten dollars. She said it would "work out". She had taken over for another employee who was clueless to help. I waited a few days for everything to post to my bank account and now the math does not add up. So there is an overcharge by about ten dollars. How it was handled- I stopped back with receipts in hand and my bank statement pulled up on my phone, spoke politely to the manager. At first he looked at receipts and said it was correct, that I was in the wrong. I had to re-explain to him twice in front of a full line of people waiting to be served. He disappeared to the back, said he was calling the franchisee/owner while I waited. He did, then said he was told to find some paperwork they are supposed to have. He hunted for it. At about the 20 minute mark of waiting he said we have your phone number he has to find papers. I had been polite. I asked can't you just give me back my ten dollars extra you took and owe me? It was on a debit card. He said we'll call you. I mentioned I would stop back later and left. Apparently they can't figure out how to remedy a situation or do math or listen to customer and understand. I did not go back. It is dinnertime and I have kids. The result- I had left store second time with situation unresolved. They kept my money they charged me extra for- isn't that like theft? There was no sorry about the inconvenience. I was still polite as I do not like confrontation, and there was a line full of people I had to talk in front of to explain situation. Seems it's ok that the end result was to embarrass a customer and overcharge her and just pocket the money. This franchisee needs to not only train staff better but since that person was apparently even called and not present at the store, they still should have resolved the situation, not sent the employee on a paper hunt while customer waited. I do not want to waste the gas to drive back over in person again to see if they found whatever paper. They just need to refund it to my card and be professional. They had 2 chances to fix this. Bad business practices. Would have been interesting if I had raised my voice instead of re-explain situation twice and then refuse to leave store until I got my money back, as most people probably would have. It is a shame customers need to get to that point. Business owners sometimes only care about their dollar and not at all about their customers. This review wouldn't post unless I gave it at least one star.

    I went to this UPS store on July 11th @ 5:30pm. I was standing in line patiently waiting my turn…read more It was 2 associates working. One older lady and a young girl. They both had customers. Prior to the older associate wrapping up with her current customer she waved her hand for the lady behind me to come up instead of me who was next in line. I assumed she was there prior but that wasn't the case. I still stayed in the line. The younger associate was still assisting her customer. However the older associate finished with the customer and then proceeded to have a conversation with the customer. At that point I grabbed the manager card, and left the store. I went to another UPS store 15 minutes away, and received excellent customer service. I am very disappointed in the lack of customer service from the Georgetown, KY location. It is my hope that the older associate get more training in treating all customers with the same level of courtesy and respect. I'm a retired Air Force veteran who was there to mail out a package to my son who is in the Army. The older associate who I believe name was Jane(not sure) made me feel as if I was not welcomed in the store. This is one of the worst experiences and would NOT recommend. NP

    I had a horrible experience with UPS. Would give them a zero star rating if I could. My cardiac…read morestethoscope had a warranty good for 6 years. I took it to my local UPS to mail it to a company for repair. I brought the label and the stethoscope repair paperwork. The stethoscope repair paperwork was to be placed in the actual package with the stethoscope. The only thing I didn't have was a mailer. When I arrived to UPS, I gave assistant manager Tyler Kirby the label, stethoscope, and repair paperwork, and he told me "don't worry about the price of the mailer. I got it." I then left after Tyler Kirby handed me my receipt. I did not see him pack my stethoscope. Two days later, I received a voicemail from the Healthcare Service Center who was to repair my stethoscope. The company also sent me an email stating that the mailer was received by Carli Langevin, material handler, and hand brought to her by their receiving team because they could feel nothing was in the envelope. Carli Langevin told me she broke the seal, sending me a photo showing that only the stethoscope repair paperwork was inside. After I received that voicemail, I called UPS and spoke with another assistant manager on the phone. My mother also called UPS and she was told that I could go back in and speak with the manager Crystal McIntosh who would help me file a claim. When I went back in to UPS, Crystal was not there, and the assistant manager who I spoke with on the phone told me I would have to file a claim online and would need a picture of the front and back of the mailer. Carli Langevin, the materials handler for the repair company, sent me a picture of the front and back of the mailer per my request. There were no breaks or cracks in the mailer. UPS did not offer to look back at their cameras to see if anyone had stolen the stethoscope in the store. Interesting to note, the inside of the envelope from the picture sent to me by Carli Langevin from the Healthcare Service Repair Center was 2 days later and a different time than the date and time on my receipt. When my claim was filed to Better Business Bureau, UPS messaged back saying "Tyler accounts that he put the stethoscope in the mailer as Laura was standing there just as he would with any other package/customer." I rejected that response because the statement from UPS was false and inaccurate. I did not see Tyler Kirby, assistant manager, pack it in front of me. Crystal McIntosh, manager, did not pull up cameras to review. I will not be taking my business to UPS on Eastern Bypass in Richmond, Ky, and I don't advise anyone else to either, because it seems they have sneaky hands. They're dishonest and not worthy of your business or time. I was not provided a refund.
