Took in my iPhone 14 Pro to have one of the camera lenses replaced due to it shattering. Got it back an hour later and I could see that he had not cleaned out the glass from the shattered lens before replacing it. I mentioned it to the kid and he said something about it being glue that needed to set, which was clearly not the case. Camera was also foggy and not working as it did prior. The next morning more loose glass floated in behind the replacement lens. They did issue a refund since I didn't want them working on my phone again. So, I do appreciate the refund but for phone repairs, I would look elsewhere. read more

Brought in a broken phone screen and they replaced it. Had to come back 8 days later because the phone was stuck on the Apple screen. They said they'd only open it up for 35$. Finally talked him in to opening it up for free because its my second phone, I don't use it very much and I hadn't dropped it or mishandled in anyway. He said i must have gotten water in it. He finally opened it up and said something was dislodged and messed up the "logic board" but it wasn't his fault and I needed to buy a new phone. Took the wife's iphone 6 into Batteries Plus in Kalispell on W. Idaho street. She needed a new screen as her's had cracked really bad, and bits of glass was falling out from under the screen protector. Jim K. Took the phone to his bench and looked at it, then said "I don't think it's cracked". He took the screen protector off, noticed it was cracked, then he cleaned the phones screen really well and verified, it wasn't cracked. Only the screen protector was cracked. I had no idea the accessory protective covers were made of glass, but yep, Jim said the good ones are, and this one did its job well. So instead of 95 bucks for the phone screen repair, I paid for a new protective cover for 14.99. It could have been so easy for me to just hand him the phone, me leave for an hour or so, then when picking it up could've charged 95 bucks and not know any difference. Shout out and accolades to Kalispell Batteries Plus, and especially Jim K for the honesty and integrity to do the right thing, which seems to be in rare supply in our world these days. Thank you Jim! He told me I could return it if it didn't fix my problem, so I returned the fob the next day because it didn't fix my problem. So I returned with the fob shell and receipt in hand. I spoke with the owner and he stated I needed the packaging to return the item. I explained to him that his employee sold it to me without the packaging. He insisted that I spoke with the employee that sold it to me, I told him that I need my money back and can't speak with his employee. He finally gave me my money and he said you won't be welcome in my store anymore. read more

They replaced my battery for my iPhone 5. Customer service was good but 3 weeks later the battery is dead!!! It's very clear to me that this store uses aftermarket or used batteries because my mom had hers replaced at the same store and hers is dying now too!! I had to take my phone to a different repair shop and pay $60 to get a new battery to replace the bunk one they installed. Such a waste of money. I had similar issues with a batteries plus store in a different city also so I don't think this company has very high standards since this is the 2nd time things have gone wrong for me. I won't be returning to any of their stores in any city ever again. If I could give zero stars for this place I would. Beware :( read more

Took my daughter's Iphone to get a screen replaced, after 3 attempts and 2 days of screwing around I made them put the cracked screen back on, only problem was that the phone wouldn't function properly when I took it back. Quite sure the incompetent tech (Rick) purposely broke it as he was frustrated that he could not get the replacement screen right and proceeded to argue with my daughter and wife, totally unprofessional! I'm writing this review because of a bad experience with this business and I feel like the public should know what they're dealing with. We brought my 13 year old son's phone in to be fixed. The screen was not working and was cracked after he dropped it. I was called within 24 hours to be told it was fixed. When we picked it up the gentleman who fixed it told my son to never put it in his back pocket because it seems to be getting warped. He never puts it in his back pocket, so no problem. After paying $119 and being told there was a 6 month warranty we left. My son pointed out that you could see that the screen was definitely not flush with the phone. I told him we have 6 months, so if it causes an issue we could bring it back. The screen caught on something and cracked the very same day and the the touch screen stopped working... before we got home! He couldn't use the phone. I brought it back a couple days later and was told that they will not honor the warranty because the phone was abused. What?! When the guy who fixed the phone asked the manager if he would honor the warranty, he told him that it was a 13 year old boy with shoulder length hair who was told not to put the phone in his back pocket. The manager agreed to not honor the warranty. Because my son was 13? Because he has long hair? He did not put the phone in his back pocket, and certainly didn't abuse it. Waste of $119, pissed off, and got many other people telling me that this did not surprise them and there are many reputable businesses in Kalispell who will fix your phone correctly. I bought a battery for my wife's ATV and it worked great lots of power never went dead great battery. Here it comes BUT, all of the sudden no power, nothing no lights dead. I messed with it til I found that the neg terminal was lose and not making contact. Took the battery back was treated not great but not real bad. Was told the battery was 4 months out of warranty and they would not do anything about it. I paid $94.99 for an ATV battery that lasted only 16 months.(12 month warranty) Didn't seam right. Left the store mad and next day figured I'd give the manager a call and see if we could work something out. Called Jim (manager) and we worked out a good deal between us. Jim took care of my problem wife's happy and I will shop there again. Before you judge a company by there employees actions make sure you talk to the right people in charge.
